Beautiful restaurant in front. If you reserve a deluxe room, the hotel is only good. Security checked me into a regular room after i arrived late. It was awful. I took the room and went to bed because the security guard didnt speak english. My deluxe room was moved the next morning by the staff, which was a lot better. Remember to remind them to turn on the hot water when you arrive, and then let it run a few minutes until it warms up. Because i had already paid for it through an app for hotels, they gave me an extra night free. The location is nice, the wifi is good, the monkey forest is within walking distance, and there are many restaurants.

The hotel is amazing. It is close to monkey forest and ubud palace. The staff is also helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious, have a nice private porch, and are very affordable. We really enjoyed our stay here so much that we extended it for another 10 days.

The staff is friendly. The room is spacious and has a view of the second and third floors. The location is great with palm trees, lotus pond and swimming pool. The price is also good. Breakfast is included, with good choices. The dining area is pleasant and open air. Air conditioning.

Sekitar bulan Juli 2014 saya sekeluarga berencana untuk menginap di Ubud. Kami ke Ubud karena sudah terlalu sore dan sudah keliling untuk mencari hotel, akhirnya kami sekeluarga memutuskan untuk menginap disini. Dengan harga Rp 850.000 Per malam, tidak sesuai dengan apa yang saya dapatkan. Kamarnya bagus deluks room yang baru saja direnovasi, kebetulan saya hotelier, begitu saya lihat fasilitas di kamar sebelah, terus di kamar kami enggak ada, langsung saya tanyakan ke fo baru dikasih, itupun kalau kami engga tanya. Kamar sebenarnya belum siap dijual, karena telepon rusak enggak punya nada, pemanas air listrik enggak tersedia, asbak juga enggak disediakan. Setelah kami meminta pemanas air baru kami diberi oleh-oleh pihak hotel. Keesokan harinya tanpa sengaja saya lihat di kamar samping ada asbak, tetapi di kamar saya enggak adanya, jadi malas bertanya lagi, toh sebentar lagi kami pulang. Sarapan pagi yang disajikan kurang enak dan dingin, saya meminta sarapan di kamar, hampir 1 jam kami karna sarapan kami baru datang ke kamar. Fasilitas wifi gratis setelah kami memasukkan kata sandi enggak bisa masuk, setelah kami tanyakan kepada hotel, jawaban mereka wifi lagi ada gangguan. Liburan kami yang cuma 1 malam terasa hambar karena merasa kurang nyaman dengan pelayanan

Kami menginap di tempat ini pada malam pertama tur kami ke Bali dan Lombok. Jadi bukan kami yang memilih hotel ini. Saya membaca ulasan sebelum ikut tur dan sempat takut harus menginap di sini, tetapi begitu sampai kami tidak mengalami masalah apapun. Hotel sedang dalam pembangunan, tetapi aktivitas tidak mengganggu kami. Kamar kami luas dan bersih, dilengkapi dengan TV. Kamar mandinya sudah perlu direnovasi, tetapi selebihnya kamar kami baikbaik saja. Sarapannya ratarata, tetapi staf selalu siap kapan saja. Secara keseluruhan, menurut saya hotel ini tidak seburuk ulasan yang diberikan.

I stopped to look at the rooms. The rooms are very clean and of high quality. My girlfriend said the bar was busy, but i disagreed as the rest of the hotel looked in disrepair. However, we accidentally passed by at night and the bar had entertainment with over 100 people there! Really surprised. Once the place is fixed it will be a good place to stay.

Kamarnya luas, tapi terasnya kurang bersih. Lalu pintu kamarnya terlihat sudah mulai lapuk (pintu kayu berukir). Saya suka barnya yang keren untuk nongkrong. Lokasinya juga strategis, dekat kalau mau main ke Monkey Forest.
