Pelayanan FO tidak profesional. Sangat disayangkan pegawai hotel tidak friendly pada pelanggan hotel. Padahal, mereka bekerja untuk melayani pelanggan. Sepertinya tidak ada training secara berkala bagi pegawai hotel ini. Saya punya pengalaman buruk di hotel ini, ketika order ternyata orderan saya belum di approve oleh pihak oyo dan properti. Padahal, saya sudah melakukan pembayaran melalui tiket.com. Saya juga sudah tunjukkan bukti orderan dan pembayaran hotel. Namun, pegawai hotel tidak mau tahu dengan orderan dan bukti pembayaran hotel saya itu. Harusnya ada usaha dari pihak hotel menghubungi tiket.com atau usaha lainnya yg menyejukkan customer. Tapi karena FO nya minimnya akhlak. Ya dia tidak memuliakan customer dengan baik. Cukup kecewa dengan respon pegawai hotel yg tidak profesional itu. Kemudian, fasilitas kamar hotel yg tidak memadai juga buat tidak nyaman stay berlama lama di hotel ini. Harapannya, semoga kedepan diperbaiki. Berbenah lah dalam mengelola bisnis, yg mengutamakan kenyamanan bagi customer dan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia yg profesional.

pelayanan diwaktu chek in sangat ramah tapi diwaktu mau chek out atau lanjut ganti kamar yg lbh baik jutek tidak punya pendidikan apakah mereka tidak tahu bagaimana melayanin Tamu dengan ramah,kapok nginap disini fasilitas rusak semua walaupun hrg kamar murah bukan berarti semua fasilitas hrs rusak tidak bisa digunakan..sangat tidak rekomendasi 👎
