Pesan 2 kamar standart, yg 1 kamar ac sama sekali tidak dingin, sudah info & di tanggapin, tp ac tetap tidak dingin, sikat gigi & odok tidak di sediakan kalau tdk di minta. Untuk sarapan anak2 di bawah 8 tahun awalnya di suruh bayar, tp setelah saya complain uang di kembalikan. Sangat tidak baik. Beda dgn 2 tahun lalu, pelayanan masih cukup baik.
