I stayed in a standard room for 3.5 mil rupiah per month and only remained for 20 days. Overall, it was expensive. Good value for money. I love the furniture and color palette, which is handicapped friendly. The security system is good, with armed guards on duty 24 hours x 365 access cards for each level, and tvs that have netflix are included. Grand lucky grocery store is just 650 minutes away. Water and wifi are already included, not including electricity, electricity or cots. So, bring your own. For 20 nights, i spent 200 k on electricity. After using the shower, there were water spills and humidity because the curtain was the only thing separating the bed from the bathroom area. Too low is the bath head holder. Im 5 feet 4 and had to take pause to shower. It took 20 minutes for the hot water to come after turning on the water heater. They will turn on their generator/powerhouse once yearly, but it is very noisy. Do not hang clothes on this balcony at this time because it will smell like smoke.4.8/51 Aug 2023

I found naiika co living just before my scheduled spinal cord surgery. The location was close to the siloam hospital where i had my surgery performed. I was initially a little reluctant to request stayed for only ten months or two because he worried if ill need assistance getting better from the surgery, but the entire staff was very helpful and polite to me while ive been there. They were also really kind to my homecare nurses. And the kitchen downstairs is incredibly helpful. Anything equivocal could be ordered, and it would be delivered straight to our room. But the best part is how clean they are! As resulting, utmost enjoyment was had in bali. In the end, we remained for two months from december until the start of february. Ada smart TV dengan sofa yang nyaman, meja belajar atau kerja yang nyaman, internet cepat, ventilasi dan pencahayaan yang sangat baik dari jendela yang besar, AC juga dingin. Sangat bersih, apartemen semi baru dibuka. Keamanan selalu sigap dan ramah. Satu kamar memiliki AC dan yang paling luar biasa adalah Netflix, jarang menemukan penginapan harian, mingguan, atau bulanan yang bersih. Strategis, bersih, ada smart TV Netflix. Ada tempat parkir untuk mobil dan motor yang aman karena berada di garasi. Hanya kamar mandi tanpa pintu, haha, tapi mungkin karena konsepnya seperti itu, cocok untuk pasangan. Dan jika menyewa bulanan seperti saya, jangan lupa membawa bantal selimut karena tidak tersedia, Anda juga dapat menyewa di sana. Secara keseluruhan, sangat sepadan.
