Tempatnya bagus dan harganya murah. Kamarnya bersih dan wangi. Handuk dan perlengkapan mandi disediakan. Karena ini kost eksklusif, beberapa kali penghuni agak sibuk menggedor-gedor kamar teman mereka, tapi tidak terlalu mengganggu.

Penginapan hotel bintang 2 ini menawarkan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap. Kamarnya cukup luas, dan kamar mandinya bersih. AC-nya dingin, dan TV-nya menyala. Selain itu, tersedia lemari dan meja, serta dispenser umum. Tempat parkirnya luas, dan harga saat itu sedang promo sehingga bisa mendapatkan harga yang lebih murah. Aksesnya cukup mudah, dan lokasinya berada di dalam gang sehingga tidak berisik. Tempat ini sangat cocok untuk beristirahat saat staycation.
