Kamar sih luas ya karena saya pesan yg Suite Pondok Bambu kapasitas 4 org dan saya nambah extrabed 2 org juga masih berasa luas. Kamar jg lumayan bersih rapi, tapi bbrp fasilitas tidak sesuai harapan yaitu, tidak ada wifi, kulkas hidup tapi samsek ga dingin, tv juga useless karena ga ada wifi dan ga ada siaran atau tv kabel, air dikamar itu semua hangat karena mungkin langsung ngambil dr sumbernya tp anehnya sering mati. Dan yang mengecewakan sekali, mungkin saya lg ga hoki ya saat itu, dari mulai check in sampe jam 10 malem, itu musik dangdut persis sebrang kamar itu digas terus, infonya acara agustusan. Ya kita yg tadinya mau healing jd pening. Dr pihak hotel sudah minta maaf ada acara tsb, tp tidak ada kompensaai atau apa gitulah. Tolong ya ini masukan buat pihak hotel, periksa dlu lah semua fasilitas sebelum dijual ke customer, buat kebaikan kalian juga. Saya uda bayar lumayan sekelas vlla ini tp ya tidak sesuai ekspektasi. Oiya satu lg, kolam renang air panasnya tolong dibenerin lantainya yg kolam paling atas buat anak2, bahaya itu bisa mencedrai org, lantai kolamnya uda pd ngelupas sehingga air menjadi keruh dan beresiko mencedrai orang karena byk yang tajam dan pecah2.
