Pada [13-14], helm saya hilang di area parkir hotel, tempat saya menginap. Kejadian ini menunjukkan adanya kelalaian dalam pengawasan, mengingat area parkir tersebut seharusnya menjadi bagian dari fasilitas yang aman bagi tamu. Saya kecewa karena pihak hotel tidak memberikan tanggung jawab atau solusi atas kehilangan ini. Terlebih lagi, tidak ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya bahwa hotel lepas tangan jika terjadi kehilangan. Jika memang keamanan barang di parkiran bukan tanggung jawab hotel, seharusnya ada informasi yang jelas kepada tamu agar mereka bisa lebih waspada. Keberadaan satpam dan sistem keamanan seperti CCTV di area parkir seharusnya dapat mencegah kejadian seperti ini. Namun, dalam kasus saya, tidak ada bantuan yang diberikan untuk menelusuri kehilangan ini, menunjukkan kurangnya perhatian terhadap keamanan tamu.
