- Petugas Hotel tidak memahami voucher dari tiket.com sudah lunas atau tidak sehingga proses penjelasan berlangsung lama - Hotel tidak menyediakan handuk - Hotel tidak melakukan pembersihan dengan baik, kaca dll masih dalam kondisi sangat kotor - Bantal sudah sangat tipis tidur tidak nyaman Saran kedepan jika memang mau jadi hotel tempat menginap yang nyaman agar dilakukan perbaikan menyeluruh dari petugas hotel, keramahan, dan kesesuaikan kelengkapan fasilitas dan kebersihan
