Pelayanannya sih oke ya. Staffnya ramah2. Tp antri resepsionisnya lumayan pas mau ambil kunci. Saya early check in utk taro tas aja. Dilayani dgn ramah dan penjelasannya oke. Kamarnya enak sih luas. Tp syg bgt ya kamar mandi nya bnyk bgt keluar kecoak2 kecil. Tdnya mau telepon ke bawah cuma udh capek anak2 ya masa hrs bebersih lagi atau pindah kamar... view nya bagus tp syg bgt kecoak nya itu loh... Kamar 1901. Good view tp bad coackroach. Sarapannya... rame 😂 udh gt bnyk bgt tamu yg belom mandi dgn penampilan set br bangun tidur muka belekan rambut berantakan pakai piyama. Mgkn policy Harris ga strict ya sudahlah. Pas long wiken jg jd minuman cepet habis. Antri telur alamak lamanya 😅 bnyk yg sodok2 jg. Udh gt rasanya tasteless 🤣 gimana yahh...hrsnya disediakan garam dan lada di masing2 meja. Tp untuk prasmanan nasi, lauk, sayur gt oke. Cuman masakan khusus yg di station nya spt bubur, telur, kwetiau goreng nya hancur lebur.. ya sudahlah ada hrg ada rupa. Pdhl udh ke beberapa Harris sih hrsnya makanannya oke lah ya tp ini dibawah Oke 😁 Semoga kedepannya lbh baik lagi.
