Hotel ini terletak di pinggir pantai, ada taman belakang yang langsung menghadap ke pantai, area untuk berenang di pantai dan pasir. Kamarnya luas meskipun fasilitasnya biasa saja, di lantai atas tidak ada wifi. Ada kolam renangnya. Pantai menghadap ke pulau ponca dan bungalow bungalow milik hotel wisata indah. Dari bandara Perdana Tapeng sekitar 2 jam kurang untuk sampai ke hotel ini.

Saya harus karna untuk dapat kamar yang belum siap padahal sudah waktunya cek ini, lift mati jadi terpaksa naik tangga ke lantai 3, sudah pesan extra bed tetapi sampai lama belum dipasang juga dan saya harus menagih lagi ke resepsionis baru dipasang. Lokasinya lumayan bagus, di kota, pinggir pantai dan ada kolam renang. Hiburannya.

Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota Sibolga, sekitar 45 menit dari bandara, dan berada di pinggir pantai Sibolg. Banyak manusia muda yang datang ke pantai pada sore dan malam hari. Dilihat dari bangunannya hotel ini terlihat cukup tua, mungkin banyak hotel-villa lain menawarkan fasilitas yang hrdnya baik daripada hotel-vila ini. Kamarnya menurut saya cukup bersih, tetapi hanya cukup. Kolam renang dan pemandangan pantai. Menu sarapan kurang menarik, terutama buah.
