Hotel ini sepertinya bangunan lama. Cocok untuk pelajar yang ingin melakukan study tour. Tapi tetap bersih dan memiliki kolam renang, jadi cukup lumayan untuk menginap semalam di Batu.

Semuanya sangat baik,ramah.komunikasi di WA pun baik 😊 Dikatakan bersih sangat bersih dengan jumlah pegawai yg minim 😊akan kesini lagi suatu saat,lokasinya bersebelahan dengan BNS ,di depan hotel ada bakso ,pagi ada yg jual susu segar. Tidak ada kattle (pemanas air),gula,kopi,teh di dalam kamar hanya ada 2botol air. Air panas berfungsi normal,nambah bf di hotel jg murah 😊ada mini playground ,kolam renang

Lokasi sebenarnya strategis karena tepat di sebelah Batu Night Spectacular. Bangunannya kurang terawat, kamar cukup nyaman, hanya terasa suasana bangunan lama. Kunci kamar menggunakan kunci biasa. Kekurangan lainnya adalah layanan makan karena kurang sigap dalam menangani tamu dalam jumlah besar.

Hotel ini bersih, termasuk hotel tua, membuat liburan keluarga menjadi lebih nyaman. Kolam renangnya bersih dan terawat, namun kamar mandinya kurang terawat. Lokasinya sangat direkomendasikan, dekat dengan tempat wisata BNS dan Jatim Park 2, serta dekat dengan warung makan, resto, dan kaki lima. Mudah untuk mencari makanan dan minuman. Pelayanan bagus. Sarapannya bukan prasmanan, atau ambil sendiri seperti saat menginap di hotel atau homestay dengan harga yang sama, apalagi per malam Rp 500.000, Tapi direkomendasikan untuk single atau keluarga atau keluarga.

Lokasinya cukup strategis, hanya 100 meter dari BNS, 1 per 2 km dari Jatim Park Hotel yang cukup tua dan minim fasilitas. Kesan pertama saat melihat seram. Kamar cukup banyak, ada kolam renang di bagian belakang yang cukup terawat, tapi tidak dengan ruang gantinya. Air panas tidak selalu keluar hanya pada jam yang ditentukan, security juga jarang terlihat. Cocok untuk menginap dalam grup besar.

Kami memesan kamar dan sarapan untuk 126 orang, tetapi karena ada kesibukan, akhirnya yang berangkat hanya 118 orang. Namun, saat sarapan kami dikonfirmasi dengan kasar bahwa semua makanan sudah keluar. Kami bertanya tentang sarapan untuk berapa orang kepada Bu Lala dan jawabannya adalah 120 orang. Ketika saya bertanya kepada marketing, jawabannya adalah sarapan untuk 126 orang. Ketika kami menemukan restoran Bu Sisil dan bagian Dapur Bu Lala, Bu Lala tetap menjawab 120 orang.

Hotel ini cukup bagus untuk menginap bersama keluarga, namun perlu diperbarui dan lebih dirawat lagi kebersihan, hotel dan fasilitasnya karena beberapa fitur yang rusak seperti flush toilet, air panas, pintu, dan kipas angin. Rasa makanannya lumayan, kamarnya luas dan pemandangannya bagus, serta lokasinya dekat dengan Bns. Harganya tidak terlalu mahal.

Kamarnya nyaman, pelayanannya juga baik, ya standar hotel. Cuma yang ga nyangka kerennya, pemandangan di atapnya juga sangat cocok untuk yang suka hunting sunrise. Sebenarnya kamar saya juga menghadap timur, jadi tanpa ke atap juga bisa menikmati sunrisenya. Top deh. Di sini juga ada kolam renang yang cukup luas, dan sangat dekat dengan Wisata BNS, tinggal jalan kaki saja, dan Jatim Park 2 juga dekat. Jangan lupa datang ke roof topnya. Heheee.

Hotel ini sangat standar. Satu-satunya hal positif yang membuat saya menginap di hotel ini bersama keluarga adalah lokasinya yang bersebelahan dengan Batu Night Spectacular BNS. Sarapan pagi hanya memiliki satu menu soto. Dan pada saat puncak musim akhir tahun, kita harus mengantri. Perlu perbaikan dalam fasilitas dan layanan.
