Seperti menuju ke kamar nya lumayan jauh, jd bawa toodler keburu bosen dluan di lorong menuju kamar🫠 dan males juga untuk turun ke lobby nya krn lumayan jauh😂 dan utk fasilitas nya kurang banyak kalo dibandingkan dg eminence di puncak minimal ada mini zoo nya lumayan buat hiburan yg bawa anak. Dan untuk interiornya bagus banget, kamar nya juga bersih banget, internet lancar jaya. Minus nya jarak kamar ke lift yg ckup jauh dan lumayan jauh jg utk dr kamar ke lobby krn melewati guest room yg banyak😂

Kebersihan oke cuma rada debu dikit meja2 kamar tp gapapa bisa dibersihin tisu basah sendiri, pelayanan dan keramahan staff oke banget semua ramah dan kids friendly. Saya booked junior suite (yg ternyata no view) lalu setelah request free upgrade ke pool view (terima kasih Le Eminence Lembang ☺️). Fasilitas karena memang masih proses pembangunan, jadi agak sedikit berdebu dan bising sampai ke kamar. Sarapan rasanya so so sih, menu kurang bervariasi mungkin karena masih sedikit tamu. Overall oke banget dan kalau ke lembang akan balik kesini lagi 🫶🏼
