secara umum layanan memuaskan, fasilitas juga bisa saya katakan oke, ada air panas, wifi, itinary, AC dan TV. khusus utk TV remote AC-nya mati cuma bisa nonton doraemon. untuk wifi oke, tapi kadang sering putus nyambung. keamanan saya rasa sangat aman karena lift menggunakan semacam kartu serta cctv dimana-mana. secara harga saya katakan murah meriah, dan jika dibandingkan dengan fasilitas yang diberikan saya sangat sepadan bahkan lebih.
untuk keluhan cuma satu, harap untuk kebersihn toilet lebih diperhatikan. itu saja sih :). sudah bersih tapi seharusnya bisa lebih bersih lagi.

Pesan kamar untuk ber-4, sesuai foto di aplikasi kamar ada 2. Namun dikasinya kamar untuk ber-2. Pihak OYO merasa pesanan sesuai kamar dan tidak bersalah. Dan sampai saat ini pihak tiket.com juga tidak ada penyelesaian apa-apa, sangat mengecewakan, karena 2x ditelepon pihak tiket.com hanya tanya2 saja, tdk ada solusi/penyelesaian sampai detik ini. Kebersihan kamar juga kurang.
