What a wonderful experience! What a very comfortable holiday property. Relaxing place with amazing facilities. Enjoy a wonderful day by the pool, drinking coffee, and watching the sunrise in the morning. Excellent service from the staff from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Suasana di sekitar hotel sangat tenang dan sejuk. Kalau mau cari makan ke Center of Ubud, jaraknya lumayan. Pelayanannya baik, mas2nya ramah semua. Breakfast standard. Kamarnya sesuai gambar, luas dan apik, yang agak kurang perihal kekedapan suara dalam ruangan. Suara kamar sebelah nonton TV terdengar cukup jelas.

Villa ini sebenarnya nyaman untuk ditinggali. Namun, kekurangannya adalah air panasnya terkadang panas dan kadang dingin. Saya menggunakan elpiji 3 kg untuk memanaskan air, dan pada malam hari sekitar jam 11 airnya mati, sehingga saya harus menghubungi pihak hotel. Sarapan paginya kurang, tetapi pemandangannya bagus dan pelayanannya baik.
