Saya awalnya memesan kamar standar tetapi karena saya ingin upgrade ke kamar yang berada di samping kolam renang, saya bersedia membayar tambahan Rp350.000. Namun, proses untuk upgrade kamar ini agak rumit. Bahkan saya harus menjelaskan dan ditanya berkali-kali tentang jumlah orang yang akan tinggal di kamar, yang terasa cukup membingungkan. Setelah pindah ke kamar yang lebih dekat dengan kolam renang, saya berharap kualitasnya akan lebih baik. Sayangnya, ada beberapa masalah di kamar saya. AC di kamar sama sekali tidak dingin, yang membuat saya merasa kurang nyaman, terutama karena cuaca di Bali yang panas. Selain itu, wifi juga tidak berfungsi dengan baik, sehingga sulit untuk bekerja atau bahkan sekadar berselancar di internet. Terakhir, saya juga mengalami masalah dengan air panas yang tidak berjalan dengan lancar, jadi saya tidak bisa menikmati mandi air panas dengan nyaman. Meskipun lokasi hotel ini strategis dan dekat dengan berbagai tempat menarik, saya merasa beberapa fasilitas yang seharusnya menjadi standar, seperti AC yang dingin, wifi yang lancar, dan air panas, masih perlu diperbaiki untuk memberikan pengalaman menginap yang lebih nyaman dan memuaskan.
