Nestled at the end quiet small alley (not available for cars, only scooters), 20 meters from the river, surrounded by the local houses and villas, in a safe and friendly area this new 1-bedroom villa has wisely planned grounds with the house itself, pool, sunbeds, garden and kitchen placed conveniently and justified. The pool is compact but not the smallest one. The birds sing and butterflies flutter around, adding the fairytale mood to the wonderful house.

The esthetic dinner table with two chairs is on the right side and the half-open kitchen is on the left side. The kitchen has basic equipment and an in-built gas oven. The bar table around the kitchen zone pays special attention to itself thanks to the cozy night blue color illumination.Inside the house discover a room and ensuite bathroom. The room is equipped with a king-size bed (it occupies the central position in the room), a wardrobe (2 sections for your convenience), a desk and a mirror. The space
The villa is located far from big roads in the net of small passes among local houses and other villas for rent. Thanks to such neighbors the vibe around the villa is very friendly, constructive and unique. You can meet other travelers and local citizens around; the whole neighborhood looks like a small fairy town.The grounds of the villa are rather big. You come inside and you see the building with two bedrooms on the left and the pool right opposite the entrance. Come along the stone pass along the pool and find a nice-looking kitchen with a massive teak wood table.Every bedroom has a king size bed, desk and ensuite bathroom.
Other things to note
Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can.In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice geckos. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the gecko symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the geckos in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about geckos and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the geckos (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables. If you found such traces and need help, inform us and we will make an extra cleaning.
