Karena kesalahan informasi membuat sy harus ganti kamar 2 kali, marah?ya iyalah,resepsionisnya kena teriakan suara sy yg kek petir ... pindah kamar ke 2 masih ada mslh, Krn malas turun (sy dlt30)jadi Saya complain sm managernya ( contact Ada di meja ) Krn tivi rusak.. lgsg mendapat respon unt pembetulan tv ternyata tetep g bs Jd harus pindah kamar lagi.
Sy akhirnya br bisa masuk kamar pukul 14.45..
Sy complain lg ke managernya apa sy g dapet tambahn waktu.. eeeeh BPK manager yg baik hati blg sy bs menginap satu mlm lagi.gratisssssss.. woooooooow...( Pdhl sy pikir bsk Bs check out agak siang 😂)
