This hotel was nice and clean, the rooms are spacious and have a nice view with spout windows. The outdoor pool was very cold in the winter and the sauna and steam room werent working when i visited late afternoon or early evening. Staff were very kind and there is n o mall next door with lots of great food options.

The amenities are brandnew and spotless. Hygiene is excellent. I reserved a kingsize room at the grand hotel. It is quite large and roomy. The bathroom is enormous. Service is provided by the gym, which is wellequipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast club lounge offers a variety of food with high quality. I will definitely come back to this hotel when i return to the area. Ms. Ian at the regency club is one of the best staff members ive ever met.

The location is centrally located for business trips and connected to alatge mall. The staff at the hotel were great, especially Erica at regency club. There is a pool and fitness center and i can go for supper in the morning!.

Beautiful hotel, great stylish rooms, and excellent service. I stayed here for a week on business. The free breakfast in the morning turned out to be incredibly large buffet with chef made to order items. Happy hour in club upstairs is also very good. This place was absolutely fantastic. Its also connected to mr. McDonalds or kfc mall where you can get some of the best chinese food.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms are spacious, the facilities are new, and the layout is good, it is quiet, plus the location is great. Its connected to the mall and has direct access.

I stayed in a highfloor hotel this time. The view was great and there were many breakfast options. There is tasty shopping mall next to the hotel. Wuyuan bay is still idly away from the city.

The room was spacious and spotless. The concierge and front desk have a really good attitude when it comes to helping with luggage. Overall, the ratio between price and performance is still quite high. Additionally, they assisted in upgrading the type of accommodation, you can see the bay view. Very convenient location next to irt mall.

The environment is excellent. The hotel staff set up a room with vistas of the river. It is very spacious and comfortable, and there is music and i feel like ive been there for ten months. There are various buffets downstairs, including Chinese, western, or japanese. Conveniently located next to it is likewise referred to as relocating if necessary.

As a european, you can fully enjoy your trip to china thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist provided excellent service and was very helpful. We inquired about directions, where to go, and were promptly assisted. Delicious breakfast and spotless accommodations.

I had excellent service the second time i stayed at the hyatt. They upgraded me to a deluxe king room! The bathroom is incredibly spacious. There is an ottoman where you can sit and apply makeup. This is something ive really enjoyed. I have to commend you! Breakfast is also adequate.

The view is very good, the child would actually sit on the window sill and watch the scenery. The old mother was very moved, connected to the shopping mall, there is a meland and cving factory inside, directly as if it were i stayed at santa cruz hotel.

What a beautiful hotel in Xiamen. Great rooms and well located next to the shopping mall. Has savored club lounge and the staff is very helpful and polite. Stayed here before covid in 2018, when the hotel had just opened, and it was unexpectedly reviving.

The hotel hosted an event during the chinese new year. It was nice to perform a lion dance. The motel was relatively comfortable to live in. Breakfast was good. There was an outdoor gym in the pool 24 hours p. M. And it was very convenient to have idly shopping mall next to it.

The hotel was in a good location, and the room was comfortable. However, the only issue was that the temperature in this room became extremely hot, which made it difficult to adjust.

The hotel is still a good value for money. The location is close to the city center and very convenient. Hyatt hotel has always been satisfactory. There was i made snarky checkin at first, but the lady upgraded my room type. This hotel also has all the amenities one would expect from upscale fivestar hotels. Wall crack is recommended!.

Saya menginap selama dua malam berturut-turut. Kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Sarapannya sangat bergaya Xiamen dan kaya rasa. Makanan di restoran Cina juga enak. Sempurna untuk liburan. Agak jauh dari tempat view, tapi pemandangan di jalan lumayan. Taman lahan basah di sebelahnya bisa dikunjungi selama setengah hari.
