It is a very comfortable stay with all the mod cons of international brand 5-star hotel. Clean room with good amenities and reasonable breakfast. However, hotel location not great unless you have a car, quite far from the town area. Also, the executive lounge is closed

非常好的一間飯店櫃檯人員都非常貼心及親切每天會付兩瓶水適巧遇到颱風所以點了飯店的餐點（pizza）意外地相當好吃因為吃太慢還請服務員做了加熱他們也很快速地處理唯一的缺點是那邊比較偏郊區所以買東西比較不方便（風景是不錯的）不過飯店也有提供叫車服務到機場大約200元左右另外提醒初次來深圳的旅客請千萬不要隨便搭機場內跟你搭訕要載你的人直接搭計程車就好就這個價位來說是ＣＰ直很高的飯店喔！

Seeing a little roach scurrying on the bed pillow wasn't what i expected upon arrival. Staff did its best to locate it but it proved elusive. They put me in another room and apologised, and a complimentary fruit platter helped somewhat. Other than that, room and gym were nice. Swimming pool guidelines requires swim cap and was a hassle. Concerige, Fei (something), apology for forgetting surname, was a great help in advising how to use the public bus when returning to hotel. They provide a useful free shuttle service to nearby Airport Bus Service for connection to the Int'l Airport (¥30). B'fast was average with little variety over the 6 days i stayed.

房間很大，非常舒適洗手間有淋浴亦有浴缸，也有掛衣的繩可拉出，超級方便地上的地氈很乾淨，也很柔軟，床舖也很不錯，睡得很好隔音也感覺也不錯，沒有聽到走廊或隔壁住客的人聲整體十分好！推薦！

Overall hotel is excellent. Location is not the best, but we were on business, so did not care much. Spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. Drawbacks -- breakfast are not the best to western taste. Dinners are mainly OK. Food outside of hotel tastes better in my opinion. Rudolf

Hotel was overall very good.Rooms were large and very comfortable. Free wifi in the room was good to do most browsing and emails etc. The gym could've been a little bigger & better. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent and very helpful. The only downside was the food ordered from the bar could've been better and more varied. Overall it was an excellent hotel for the price. This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and I would have no qualms in going again.

Excellent room and facilities. Room was both large and well equipped. The only downside was the location, a little out of the way although taxis are cheap and resolve this. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus to the metro & bus stations every hour. Would recommend staying here and I'd certainly stay again.

The condition of the hotel is clean and nice. The room condition is good. The breakfast is okay. The hotel is standard Chinese 4-star hotel. The breakfast was very Chinese with a few western options each day. It's in a good location for sporting facilities but not much for the main city or airport.

The only drawback is that nothing is nearby. You may locate some neighborhood restaurants if you walk 10 to 15 minutes to the residential areas. We found a supermarket of sufficient size that could meet our needs. Getting to the city required a 1-hour drive in a didi. We were here for 12 weeks! It was incredibly convenient because we were working nearby. Very good hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a fantastic bathroom, and excellent water pressure for a perfect shower.

When I first walked into my room, I found a very spacious and luxurious room. The bed was extremely firm, and the pillows were perfect. The room was very quiet. The bathroom had a window out to the room, which was odd. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had everything you could possibly need, including an egg chef. The next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here.

It is a good hotel but it commits the same mistake like other hotels in Winter, turn off room air-conditioning which makes the air inside the room stuffy and hot while outside is cold. However, the management responded very professionally and resumed air-conditioning within a few hours.
