In need of renovation for more demanding customers, all light switches functioning and installed in more practical locations and perhaps a less noisy air conditioner.Not bad for the price.

The tissue plugging the ceiling hole and dead cockroach in the bathroom were a bit off-putting. Room was otherwise fine.

This motel was pretty good for what you pay for. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was a little too firm. Not good for your back. Overall a nice stay.

The room tariffs reflect the state of the property and it's need of attention not unlike all property in Windsor sadly. The foreign (owners) and staff very pleasant and seem very humble I would say in their expectations themselves. I would not recommend any OS traveller as they may be let down. Maintenance is poor, hair dryer didn’t work and furnishings old. We upgraded when we saw reviews on the budget rooms thank goodness. Linen clean was at least a plus.

The room was cold and the air con did not work very well. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and the bed felt as though the springs gave out in the 90's. The pillows had were from the 80's. Lucky this was a work trip as I had very little sleep and not a room for holiday accommodation.

There was a dead cockroach on the cupboard and the cupboard would not have been dusted for months - I am tall though so this is why I saw it, but you couldn't miss it if you had to turn on or off the air conditioner

the paint was peeling on the ceiling the blinds would not open I will say the linen was clean but when I had a shower at night the water was only warm it is a great location near the town with a short walk to the shops
