This place has a good cleanliness because this is a nice one-bedroom apartment. There is ample space for two people and visitors. Well equipped kitchen and study area. There is also private and secure parking outside the front door. The cleaning staff is very friendly.

For our daughters wedding held at the south of perth yacht club we reserved 4 apartments. All of my friends thought the peninsula apartments were clean, in a fantastic location on the river and very affordable. Because of this location the next morning we all went down to the cafe for coffee and a lovely cheese and ham toasted sandwich.

Our daughter's wedding, held at the south of perth yacht club, was delayed by 4 apartments reserved. All my friends agreed that the peninsula apartments were tidy, in a great location right on the river, and quite affordable. The next morning, we all walked down to the cafe for a cup of coffee and a nice cheese and toasted ham sandwich due to the location.

Lokasinya strategis dan mudah untuk parkir dan akses. Pelayanan di sini ramah dan efisien. Dekorasinya tipikal warna beige, fasilitas memasak menghindarkan dari restoran perth yang mahal tetapi biasa saja. Dengan harga yang melonjak di kota ini akhirakhir ini, harga di tempat ini cukup wajar tetapi jika datang dari Sidney maka tempat ini terasa mahal.

Tempat yang sangat bagus di lokasi yang bagus. Sudah untuk mendapatkan kapal ferry ke pusat kota perth, yang saya tidak menemukan alasan untuk tinggal. Staf sangat membantu bagi kami 2 manusia amerika yang belum pernah berada di perth sebelumnya. Sayangnya karena angin topan dan hujan lebat, banyak kegiatan mengendarai kapal, naik ferry menuju pulau penguin, dan lainlain dibatalkan selama kami menginap. Rental mobil adalah aset yang berharga. Namun apartemen riverside adalah tempat yang bagus untuk berkumpul bersama selama cuaca buruk.

I never would have paid me to stay there and not the other way around. I normally only write good reviews because I hate giving bad ones, but this one leaves me unable to let it slip. Ill begin with the positives. The ferry is a short 10-minute walk away, the esplanade is a beautiful walk, as is Kings Park. Mister Walker Restaurant has excellent coffee and is a nice place to eat. A good washing machine and dryer was beneficial. The provided bath towels were sufficient in size and in decent condition. Now to the less fortunate. The shower is filthy, with mold on all sides. Stains on the mattresses are infuriating and I don't like anything I've ever seen before. It requires burnout. Cleaning is only done on the inside, as everything behind the couch, glass doors, windows, and door tracks are all filthy. A tidy kitchen appeared to have never been cleaned outside, ever! The curtain needs to be replaced or at the very least dry cleaned. The owner of this unit needs to strip it out and blast it with a high-pressure cleaner. We have never remained in a unit that was so unhappy with. They should have paid us to stay there instead of the other way around.

For $ 193 which I booked from one Saturday night when we traveled from the Swan River, it was a fair deal. Our room was spacious enough, exceptionally tidy, nicely furnished, and clean. Although the freeway was within sight, you could see the river, but we had no idea. The employee at the front desk was responsive and informative. Parking was a problem. There aren't many parking spaces and very little accessibility, so be careful if you have a larger vehicle. The back parking lot is still damaged and taped off. The room's size pleased us. As well as having everything you might require for a longer stay, it is equipped. The room was clean enough, although the carpet might need some stretching. The absence of street noise was the best feature. Yeah, we might return. If you're not expecting a 5 star hotel, the price is decent.
