The breakfast was well worth the extra money. The reception staff was very helpful. We chose not to have our room cleaned but asked for clean towels. They did not bring them until our third request. The electricity in our friends' room didn't work. It was not turned on until late in the day, after it had been requested early in the morning. Evidently it only took a flip of a switch in the control room. We wish we had not been awakened in the middle of the night by a fire alarm, reportedly caused by a faulty fuse in the alarm system.

Ótima opção de estadia em uma área muito próxima ao centro só que do outro lado da ponte (North Sydney), porém com a estação de trem a poucos passos e somente duas estações até lá. Dá para encontrar um preço mais razoavel. Região muito agradavel. Ótima vista para a baia de Sydney. O único inconveniente é que, como praticamente o hotel está ao lado da estação do trem quem tem um sono muito leve pode se incomodar com o barulho, porém as janelas são anti ruido e não tive nenhum problema com isso.

The view from the room of the Sydney Harbour is amazing. Full view of the NYE fireworks, Luna Park and Sydney Bridge. Walking distance to the Harbour’s edge. Access to the Ferry transit from Milsons Point. No better place to discover Sydney from. The staff is super nice and considerate. The morning breakfasts are loaded with a crazy number of options including fresh honey from crave from honeycomb. When I return, this is where I’ll stay.

This property was one of the best we have stayed in. We had the most amazing view from our room. The location was fabulous, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the crazy city but just a quick couple of stops on the train to Circular Quay / City when we needed to go there. Staff were attentive and friendly and the buffet breakfast, at a very reasonable rate (if booked in advance) was excellent, also enjoyed with the fabulous view. This property will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we come to Sydney. In fact, we have already booked another stay.
