Akomodasi yang bagus, lokasi yang bagus, namun sangat berisik dan tidak seperti yang terlihat di gambar. Sangat kotor. Lemari dengan plafon yang rusak. Kamarnya berbau apek, seperti ada orang merokok di dalam kamar.

Ignore many of the other reviews. This is a nofrills and great hotel. It is in the middle of everything and close to everything you need. The people who leave negative reviews are looking for more than what it basically offers. The room was decent, and my sheets were spotless. The reviews are overly dramatic. I couldnt complain because i needed a place to stay last minute for a week and i only stayed for $50 usd per night. The manager and receptionist were also friendly. Ill definitely return.

Saat saya kesana, mereka sedang dalam renovasi dan di mana-mana kotor. Tidak ada handuk, tidak ada fasilitas, tidak ada air minum, dan area umum berantakan. Tempat tidurnya cukup nyaman. Lokasinya cukup bagus, pusat kota, mudah diakses dengan bus, dan banyak restoran lokal, pusat kebugaran, apotek, dan bar di dekatnya.

This is a budget hotel. It needs a lot of tlc and clearly needs more staff. Uno is quite disorganized, but they got the job done. The manager was very nice, but looks very overworked with the workload. He doesnt seem to have time to sit at the reception when he also has to do housekeeping and other management duties for the hotel. Our most urgent feedback is that the mold problem needs to be addressed immediately. Get a spray bottle of white vinegar and clove oil and add it to your general cleaning routine after every checkout. It will keep the mold problem manageable, and everyone is safe and healthy. The next step would be to replace or repair the exhaust fans in the bathrooms to prevent the mold problem. Overall, the place could be a decent midrange hotel, but the staff cant run efficiently and maintain the place, which is where all these negative reviews come from. If uno wants to increase their business, they need more hands on deck to make sure the place is clean, tidy and well maintained to ensure a smooth and stressfree experience for guests and staff. P. S. To avoid a public liability lawsuit, you need to install a fly screen on all windows asap. Its a huge safety hazard, especially for children.

Hotel is finekeycard access it's an old building but if you're staying short term, don't stay long. I'd advise you start seeing things you didn't want to and may have experiences you wouldn't have otherwise. The cleaning lady is lovely. Wifi is good, there is a common area but no ine really goes there. Lift is 80 years old but works except in level 1. If you need repairs it might take one day or one month depending on how the manager feels that day. Laundry is very cheap compared to other places 5 bucks for wash I dry, tho dryers work most of the time, sometimes they don't. Smoking area is disgusting. No balconies or anything tho view is decent no rooftop, well it's not really a rooftop but there is one. Avoid any inconvenience with manager as he is a really nice and peaceful man. Will call the police at the drop of the hat very cranky man. In other words the hotel manager is rude and aggressive and yells at you if theres a single small thing that bothers him girl receptionist. For me, the price was special but coz of the cow, otherwise, standard id say. Not cheap necessarily

Lokasi hotel ini sangat strategis karena berada tidak jauh dari pusat kota. Staff nya melayani dengan tidak baik, mereka bahkan menolak untuk mengganti handuk yang mereka berikan. Kebersihan kamar nya sangat buruk. Di dalam kamarnya terdapat bola lampu yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik, dan juga AC nya mengeluarkan bau yang tidak sedap. Selain itu, kondisi kamar nya sangat berbeda dengan yang ada di foto.

Ketika saya tiba di hotel ini, resepsionisnya tidak buka, mungkin karena saya belum membaca jam buka dengan benar, saya memesan kamar untuk hari sebelumnya jadi seharusnya tidak ada masalah, kamar belum siap tetapi kemudian diberi kompensasi untuk hari itu, yang merupakan pelayanan yang baik dan karenanya 4.

If we just got lucky, i believe the reviews for this place are unfavorable. Instead of staying in a hostel, we remained for two weeks to secure a permanent rental. We didnt want to break the bank, and because this place was so inexpensive (more so than hostel sharing, we were given a private room and bathroom, the beds were made four times while we were there, and the room was rather clean, not immaculate, you get what you pay for. Those who say this is a terrible place should think twice about staying in a more upscale location. The personnel were welcoming and accommodating, and the location was excellent. Although there is a building being demolished next door, it is noisy, and they only operate three times a week, and considering the cost, i wouldnt be willing to grumble.

When i visit, they are undergoing renovations, and everything is disorganized. There is no towel, no amenities, no drink water, and the public spaces are a complete mess. However, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access by bus, a city center, numerous neighborhood restaurants, a gym, a pharmacy, and a bar nearby.
