Lokasinya deket sama Pasar Genteng. Air panasnya oke, pancuran airnya kenceng. Gak dikasih odol dan lainnya, cuma sabun doang. Saluran televisinya bagus semua. Air panasnya oke, showernya kenceng. Harganya sepadan sama yang didapet, terutama deket sama Tunjungan street seharga 200 ribu.

Harganya cukup terjangkau, sesuai dengan fasilitas yang didapat. Kamarnya cukup bersih, namun fasilitas seperti lift belum tersedia, sehingga jika ingin naik ke kamar di lantai atas harus menaiki tangga. Lokasinya dekat dengan Tunjungan, sehingga jika ingin ke Tunjungan Plaza sangat dekat.

Hotel ini dulunya bernama Paprica Hotel, sekarang berganti nama menjadi Uno Hotel. Konsepnya budget atau smart hotel. Ada kafe kecil di dalamnya yang menjual minuman dan makanan kemasan ringan. Lokasinya strategis di pusat kota dan oleh-oleh khas Surabaya. Selain itu, Anda bisa berjalan-jalan di sekitar hotel karena dekat dengan Jalan Tunjungan dan kawasan kota tuanya Surabaya. Jika Anda ingin berjalan ke mall, hotel ini sangat dekat karena dekat dengan Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Mall, hanya 10- 15 menit berjalan kaki. Harganya juga cukup terjangkau. Hanya saja hotel ini tidak memiliki lift, jadi jika Anda mendapatkan kamar di lantai paling atas, bersiaplah naik turun tangga. Hotel ini bekerja sama dengan aplikasi. Hotelnya bersih dan kamarnya memiliki desain modern minimalis. Harganya sangat terjangkau.

Kemarin saya menginap di sini dengan promo sehingga harganya menjadi murah, lokasi cukup strategis, di depan hotel banyak yang menjual makanan saat malam hari. Untuk hotenya biasa saja, banyak kekurangannya, terutama air di kamar mandi yang kemarin sangat kecil airnya. Selain itu, tidak ada lift. Itu sangat sulit ketika ingin keluar (saya menginap di lantai 3). Tempat parkir juga seram dengan banyak paku, maklumlah karena masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Namun secara keseluruhan, baik-baik saja jika dilihat dari lokasinya. Pelayanannya juga ramah.

Hotel ini cukup murah namun sebanding dengan kualitasnya. Dan pelayanannya sangat ramah meskipun hotel budget, dibandingkan aplikasi Hotel Grand Park sangat buruk. Namun, jika ada kamar yang sedang direnovasi, mohon untuk ditutup agar tidak menjadi pemandangan yang buruk bagi pengunjung. Namun, saya merasa nyaman di kamar, meskipun tidak ada handuk sama sekali. Pesan melalui aplikasi karena mendapat penawaran dari Guide Local, tetapi malah dapat di lantai 4 dan TIDAK ADA LIFT, katanya bulan depan akan ada lift. Suasana kamar lumayan, tapi TIDAK ADA TISSUE SAMA SEKALI, dan kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup. Minta pindah kamar tidak ada karena penuh semua. Tidak ada air panas, dan WC kotor, flush pun tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Hanya ada di depan Bang Jaja kaki lima seafood dan itu sangat direkomendasikan!

Tempatnya nyaman, kamarnya agak berdebu, kamar mandinya kurang bersih, air panasnya kadang nyala kadang mati, tapi saya menginap di sini selama dua hari dan merasa nyaman karena lokasinya strategis, dekat Tunjungan Plaza, di sekitar hotel juga banyak kuliner. Pemandangan dari atas hotel sangat indah dan cantik, dan yang pasti harganya murah dan ramah, cukup direkomendasikan untuk hotel murah, dekat dengan pusat kota Surabaya.

Lokasinya sangat strategis. Akses kemanapun sangat mudah. Tempat parkirnya luas. Lalu di depan hotel ada toko oleh-oleh. Jadi kalau mau oleh-oleh untuk teman atau saudara tidak jauh-jauh. It is fine if you stay short term. However, it is appropriate if you're a short-term stay. I'd advise against remaining longterm as youll begin to notice things you didn't want to and possibly encounter things that you shouldn't. The cleaning lady is friendly. Despite being 80 years old, the lift operates, with exception of level one. Depending on how the manager feels that day, repairs might take one day or one month. Compare to other places, laundry is fairly affordable for 5 dollars for wash I dry, although dryers frequently function, occasionally not. It's horrifying to visit the smoking area. Despite having a respectable view, no balconies or any rooftop, which isn't really a rooftop, it's a nice and peaceful person. Avoid any inconvenience from the manager, who is a really pleasant, peaceful man. At the simple stroke of the bat, the cops will come out. In other words, the hotel manager is rude, erratic, and yells at you if theres a single tiny thing that bothers him girl receptionist is delightful. Not cheap, but in the case of the region, it's not cheap at all. Wish you success.

Hotel yang strategis karena berada di pusat kota Surabaya, harga per malamnya murah tidak sampai dua ratus ribu. Bisa untuk tinggal lebih lama. Untuk pilihan kamar, hanya tersedia kamar standar dengan pilihan single atau double bed. Di lantai tertentu Anda bisa mendapatkan kamar dengan pemandangan Tunjungan Plaza. Kebetulan saat saya menginap, front desknya ramah dan membantu. Yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah kebersihan kamar dan kamar mandi serta lampu kamar mandi yang cukup suram. Sayangnya hotel ini tidak memiliki lift, padahal ada 5 lantai dan air panas di toilet tidak berfungsi dan tempat parkir cukup menakutkan di malam hari.
