A cash security deposit of AUD 100 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure subject to the inspection of the property.

Deposit: Physical credit card under the registered guest’s name and $200 credit card authorization to cover for any incidental’s expenses (This would be reversed after 14 days if no outstanding charges), or $100 cash security deposit is required.
Cash deposit is refundable upon check-out subject to an inspection of the property.

Failure to provide all check-in requirements and deposit will result to unable to check-in and no refund will be given.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card.
Guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
