The house is antiquated and tidy inside, but otherwise, the outside courtyard requires regular cleaning, it is very run-down and shabby. Was eager to use the BBQ, but after seeing the courtyard, I didn't bother. Carpets have patches that aren't even glued down. Parking in this place is awful, tight, and challenging. You must pass two cars into the park and be able to traverse the console in order to leave enough room, besides that, it's also a part of a walkway to other units. The whole place looks old and tying, and it needs a good cleaning, paint, and spending money in the units to update the 1930 s era house. Maintenance and staff uninvited the door to our room, providing an example of how this place works. The grounds are pleasant, the pools look good, and the beachside area is nice. For the money, there are many better options available.

This is the first time I have been to this villa. The condition of the house is very good. Very clean. The bed is very comfortable. We can appreciate the friendly host and the nice ambiance. The pool facilities are excellent. The view from this villa is stunning.

We had a great time at Nautilus and hope to return sometime soon, but I was disappointed that there was no availability at various times of the year. Coffs harbor is a beautiful place, and we found many activities to fill our days. I wish I could have been there for a longer time. It's also a great place to unwind and spend your days relaxing by the pool.

I decided to take a vacation. The location I chose was because my husband believed the rooms were exactly as advertised. My husband suggested the location, but I would not have approved of booking this. The main bedroom didn't have heating. We had to open the door and take some warmth from the heat pump in the living roomkitchen. This apartment had only one key provided on the two adjacent apartments. Unfortunately, we were locked out. Rang the phone number, which took a while to call back. After hours, someone showed up after about two hours. The pool was freezing hot. Kids couldn't use it. As with all the reviews, this property is in need of an upgrade. It's not worth it for the money we paid. Without a doubt, not advised. Pros just a walk to the beach we liked the spa and great food. Cons the bathroom light flickered on day 1. We eventually died a few hours later. We had to shower with the door open relying on the lights from the room. The provided toiletries were just for one day. Bring your own is the advice. In the main bedroom, there was no heating. We had to open the door and get a little warmth from the heat pump in the living roomkitchen
