They are considering the tiny things that make a stay wonderful and included them. They thought carefully about the little things that make a stay great and included them. The kitchen is wellequipped and a large fridgefreezer is a plus. The deck was great to sit on and enjoy the peace and quiet. Great room for the kids to play on in the event of bad weather. The top windows in the bedroom are great for letting the sun in during the day but woke us up in the morning so maybe a option of blinds on them or tinting? Would be beneficial for those who don't want to wake up with the sun.This great little farmstead is about minutes from gloucester and just a few minutes from Arlington. Fans free farm tours in the morning were our sons highlight, and having plenty of space to run around outside and explore down near the river. A plethora of animals to admire and feed. The cottages are spacious and the bonus are the two bathrooms. They thought carefully about the little things that make a stay great and included them. The kitchen is wellequipped and the big fridgefreezer is a bonus. The deck was great to sit on and enjoy the serenity. Good space for the kids in case of bad weather.

We stayed at these three cottages. The location is strategic, right by the river. The cottages are clean and comfortable with modern amenities. They have a kitchen area and an outdoor fireplace. There is a lot of space for outdoor games and activities. We also have a private house so we get to see some farm animals for a pat and cuddle whenever we like.

We were very satisfied with our stay here, especially the kids, that are very much in love with the location, they can fish on the river bank, feed farm animals and run around the place. The only negative thing is the adults can sit together, have drinks and play together.

Our three nights in the Tilly Cottage, which overlooked the river, were superbly enjoyed by our family. Even though the river was wet because of the rain and we were unable to kayak, the kids loved fishing, passing through the property, and seeing and cuddling the animals. The home was tidy and well-equipped, and it included a wonderfully wide verandah, which was quite handy. While watching the sunset, it was a terrific spot to barbecue, eat dinner, and drink some wine. Ian is welcoming and excellent with kids. He provided a wealth of information on raising hens, goats, aalpacas, cattle, and miniature horses. Our youngest son, who tends to be hesitant and prefers to stay at home, developed a lot of confidence in the animals and told us he didn't want to leave. He liked feeding the animals with Tilly and the other visitors. Everyone loved being able to hold the goats' infants, and they were appealing. Arlington is just outside Gloucester and is near the Arlington Tops and homeland Tops. We'd gladly come back.

The location is ideal as it is near Glace and has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I will recommend this place to anyone seeking to get away from the rat race.
