Sangat mengecewakan. Jangan sampai memesan hotel ini, sudah tidak bekerjasama lagi dengan tiket.com ataupun oyo. Pemilik menolak kedatangan saya saat tiba di hotel. Saat mau refund juga ngak bisa karena harga promo. Ini tidak adil bagi konsumen. Jangan diambil/dipesan hotel jelek ini.
