Dari awal kami sdh info akan check in terlambat. Saat datang diinfo hanya ada 1 kamar dan 1 kamar lagi smoking. Kami bersikeras tidak mau kamar smoking karena sudah req non smoking. Akhirnya diberikan juga 2 kamar non smoking (ada kan, kenapa awalnya bilang nggak ada). Lalu saat sampai kamar kunci kamar tidak bisa dipakai, kami hrs telpon dan menunggu lagi kunci diperbaiki. Padahal kami sampai jam 12 malam dan sudah capek sekali ingin segera istirahat. Hotelnya sudah lama, sebenarnya oke tidak masalah, hanya saja pengalaman saat check in kurang menyenangkan. Lokasi persis di sebelah stasiun Cawang, repot sih harus puter balik agak jauh.
