We were pleasantly surprised by the great value it had a comfortable bed, and the room was a reasonable size, the bathroom is very small, but adequate and clean, pretty good restaurant cafe on the premises with good food and reasonably priced and friendly staff 10 min walk to the railway station at Leonardo and plenty of bus stops nearby.

I spent one night and it was very clean and comfortable. My room overlooked the Pacific Highway and was a little noisy, but it also saw the sun, which was worth it. The staff were very polite, except the front desk employee was on a lengthy phone call while I was awaiting a reservation. The man who was there for me arrived to wait for me to go sit by the front desk, in front of the front desk, and be looked at while he was waiting for me. He had come in too to check in as he had made it clear that he was next, and when he finished answering the phone, he immediately helped the man who was standing at the desk. Are polite women invisible? Not the phone. If the call is not stopped, you could say, I will be with you shortly, or the phone or the physical person. Customer care is paramount.

a couple of years ago, I stayed here. I just spent three nights there. Excellent reception. Excellent foyer. The balcony room I stayed in is near the ear, so quiet. adequate, with a comfy bed and chair. A little perspective. Good little fridge and good condition, nothing to complain about except noisy ac. I had a few meals in the cafe, a steak one night, and a hearty breakfast, all of which were excellent, with large portions, a decent price, and a good chef and waiters. 20 dollars are available for parking in small spaces. I am back. Recommended.

I spent five nights there and my wife was in the hospital for three of them, so the location is perfect at about 400 meters. It's really just another motel with good and caring staff and clean, cozy rooms. The caferestaurant downstairs was adequate, however the menu was narrow and a little pricey. Menudo gives better value for money. Lane cove's Chinese kitchen is a fantastic option if you enjoy Chinese food. However, if ordering food from outside the hotel, bring your own plates and utensils. I was eager to watch boxtel after my 5 night visit. There was nothing to be seen despite being promoted everywhere that they had boxtel on all tes. They claimed that they were upgrading all of their tes to digital etc. They told them they were moving to digital etc. Lets stay for a minute, upgrade your tes and maintain your boxtel, I'm calling is on that one. No toilet brush, you lose the star! Others might want to get their hands down there to clean up, but not me and I'm convinced most do not. The bed was on caster wheels and had no locking mechanism, so every time I sat up in bed it fell away from the wall with the pillows falling behind, not a game breaker, and was fixed by folding some folded hand towels under the wheels. During my five nights there, my wife spent three of them in the hospital, so the location is great--about 400 m away. I stayed 2 nights with my family and I ordered 2 rooms there. Staffs were nice and quick to act. They gave us an early check inn so that we could put our baggage and continue our journey to the city. The rooms are big, and they gave us toothbrush whenever we asked.
