Very friendly and helpful staff. Gave us a rice cooker on request and room refills- nothing was too much for them. Rooms have a compact kitchen/cooking area with microwave, refrigerator, and wash basin. It also doubles up as a table surface if you dont want to use the kitchen. Local area is great for shopping (Don Quijote and many other stores and malls closeby), dining out, cafés, convenience stores etc. The local "Supermarket Life" is a 2 minute walk and was great for stocking up on discounted snacks and sushi, milk, yoghurt, fruit, something to make for breakfast, kids stuff etc. The hotel is close to many sights including Sensoji, Sumida river walk/cruise, Skytree, Ueno Park etc., as well as several subway stations. We stayed with 2 infants, so it was 4 of us in a superior twin room. We pushed the beds together to minimize accidents and to create more space. The rooms are small if you are not used to Tokyo, but for Tokyo standards, the room was a decent size- pretty standard. Lastly, the coin laundry on the ground floor was a lifesaver, especially with kids. I used it twice. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Detergent and softner are provided. You just need to feed the machine with 100 Yen coins and it will start automatically. For every extra 100 Yen or few hundred Yen, you can add more time. These amenities are invaluable if you have kids or are just travelling and want to clean all your clothes etc.

Great property close to attractions and shopping. My only gripe was that it was a bit the pricey side but accommodating for 4 in Japan will always be an uphill battle. Nice amount of room in room and the heater in the bathroom is clutch for the winter months.

It was a very good location and you could move around easily. You could do a walk distance to the Senji Temple and the Tokyo skytree. Beautiful sight of the Sumida River. Also, you can do a 30 minute walk to Ueno. I would stay again

Had a great stay! The staff was amazing, friendly and super helpful with any questions or queries. The location was ideal and short walking distance away from Asakusa and Tawaramachi station. Loads of eateries and convenience store around and the Don Quijote Asakusa and Uniqlo. The property was in pristine conditions with great amenities (washer, drier, iron and iron board on demand, mini fridge). The room was clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future and recommend ^^

Occupied the family suite. 4 single beds and 2 pull out sofa. Pretty spacious. Very clean. We were surprised to find drinks in the fridge were provided for free. Teas, juices, coke and beers. 5 each since we were 5. We didn’t consume all but that was pretty awesome. It’s a smart, techy room. You’ll appreciate it once you stay here. Front desk is not 24 hrs. Only until 9 pm I think. We were running late as we were coming from Osaka. I requested the staff from our previous hotel to contact and inform them we will be arriving at 10:30 and someone waited for us. The person was kind and very personable. Check in and check out was a breeze. It’s a good location too. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple. I wish we stayed here longer. We are a family of 5. We have 3 young adults. We stayed at 3 other hotels in Japan and were also good but this is the family’s more favored hotel because of the room. We want to thank this hotel for providing us a great stay.

Kamarnya bersih meskipun tidak terlalu besar. Namun, perlengkapan di dalam kamar sudah lengkap. Kitchen setnya sangat rapi. Kami dapat tidur bersama dengan 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak kecil. Perjalanan yang nyaman. Akomodasi berada di sebelah stasiun kereta bawah tanah. Dekat dengan tempat wisata dan pusat perbelanjaan. Saya sangat terkesan.

Supermarket lainnya lebih seperti supermarket untuk penduduk lokal yang menjual sashimi dan sushi setengah harga pada pukul 6:00. Pembelian sangat nyaman! Saat membeli produk kecantikan, Anda bisa mempertimbangkan Life atau Don Quixote di jalan perbelanjaan (banyak sekali yang agak berantakan). Tuan Asakusa Yakiniku adalah makanan sepuasnya, seluruh keluarga menantang kebiasaan makan sehari, seladanya enak, dan makanan penutup serta es krim terakhir dipesan berkali-kali. Ada tiga stasiun di dekatnya dan transportasi sangat nyaman. Tepat di seberang jalan terdapat kawasan bisnis yang sibuk, terpisah dari jalan raya dan terasa sangat sepi di malam hari. Pada siang hari Anda bisa berbelanja, menyeberang jalan, makan, makan, minum, dan bersenang-senang. Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke Gerbang Kaminarimon, Kuil Sensoji dan Jalan Kappabashi To. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It is a hotel near the subway station. There is a lift at the nearby subway station, which is convenient for carrying luggage. The hotel is a bit small, but can barely open two suitcases.
