I would definitely return. Its affordable for what it offers. Convenient location next to a subway line, next to ueno park, and close to shops and restaurants. With enough space, if a little small, it is more than adequate for the price they ask for. The staff was always courteous and quick to respond during our stay.

The only downside was the moldy odor in the restroom, but the kitchen and room were excellent. A pleasant, comfortable hotel with an amazing setting. Excellent for traveling alone or with others.

Overall, we enjoy our stay and like the location. We stayed here from 17 th to 23 nd december, 2023, for our holiday tour. We like the place because we can cook and do our laundry anytime we want and the grocery store is right across the street. There are many restaurants around, so if you want to eat outside, its just a short walk away. Every day we ask for a new bath towel and they quickly change it.
