Lokasinya dekat dengan Stasiun Ikebukuro. Kebersihannya bagus, disediakan colokan listrik (2 port 110 v, 2 port USB), ada lemari untuk menyimpan koper, kamar mandi bersama adalah bilik untuk satu orang. Ada sedikit titik air dan sempit, tapi bisa.

The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. The room was large enough, comfortable and in a japanese style, i love it. The cafe on the first floor was also great, they make a very good coffee. The staff are friendly and speak very good english. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes from ikebukuro station. Communication with the owner, check in and out went smoothly.

Good guesthouse, good location, good staff, everything is fine, but stuck at the entrance and the way up to the lift has stairs. If you have a bag, you have to carry it up and down 3 steps. Its a bit difficult. If you look at the price, it is good.

The rooms here are clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. The location is also very good and very accessible via public transport. However, there is a curfew from 1 am to 7 am so if you plan to have a late night probably this is not the place for you, unless you want to return only at 7 am which some guests do.

The rooms and shared bathrooms and showers were very clean, and the air conditioning was the best out of all the places my fiance and i stayed in all over japan. Very very clean! The cafe on the main floor was great, and if you book a room with the ryokan, they will give you a discount coupon! Very affordable! I highly recommend this place!.

I have different opinions about this place. If you want a traditional and budgetfriendly japanese vacation spot, and you are traveling alone or as a pair, this could be a good place for you. But i wouldnt recommend it to a family for example. The rooms are small and smell moldy. Unfortunately, the showers are also full of mold. The bathrooms are shared, but they are clean and tidy. I also got a room on the top floor, so i could easily hear people talking and smoking on the rooftop. The area is full of restaurants and conbini shops, and the hotel itself is not far from bus stops or the underground. There are also many bars in the area, karaoke and love hotels, so its easy to meet drunk people near the hotel. The least thing i liked was that we had to be at the hotel before 1 am, otherwise it was impossible to go inside. I felt like i was back in high school. So i can recommend this place to young travelers looking for a good value for money, but i would not recommend it to anyone else. The cafe inside the place is pretty good.
