This was a great place to stay for myself and my three friends. We’re all over six feet tall, but space was not a concern for us here (we’ve stayed elsewhere in Japan, and some hotels have been less than spacious) so having the opportunity to stretch our legs and spread out was very nice. Was very clean, and the contactless check-in and check-out made our trip very easy. Great place!

Checkin was weird. It was a super long process of taking pictures and filling out forms since there is no one actually at the place. It’s all self service. The place was clean and satisfactory for our needs. It was just a little strange.

Saya punya sesuatu untuk dilakukan di dekatnya dan senang bermalam tanpa makan jadi saya tinggal di sana tetapi itu sangat menjijikkan sehingga saya tidak akan melakukannya lagi. Tirai showernya penuh jamur dan handuknya juga bau. Hanya ada 3 tisu dalam paket jadi saya menggunakan tisu saya sendiri.

My friend and i had a great time staying in this apartment! Highly recommended. Its not far from komagome station. So, its definitely convenient to travel from tokyo to this place. English support is available for nonjapanese speakers! The room is clean and comfortable. However, the checkin and checkout processes could take a long time to complete, you must follow the regulations of the jp government during a covid situation. But worth it! For our safety, the cleaning fee is killing our wallet. Students like us crying lool.

Mereka mengenakan biaya pembersihan hampir YEN 5.000 Dan kamarnya tidak bersih, kamar mandi penuh dengan rambut dan debu, serta handuknya berbau tidak sedap. Saya hanya memberikan 3 bintang karena masa menginapnya damai, kami lelah dan tempatnya diam! Tidak ada tempat parkir, jadi Anda harus mencari tempat parkir terdekat.

Kelebihannya adalah tempat tidur yang nyaman, namun kekurangannya adalah ukuran kamar yang kecil dan bau kaus kaki yang kotor (setidaknya di kamar triple) yang tidak pernah dibersihkan selama kami menginap.

The check in process was rather difficult and tedious. The rooms were nice. I do believe it’s time for a new shower curtain- one that isn’t moldy and can actually fit across the space. Additionally, new towels would be good as the current towels have a bit of an odor. Otherwise the location was convenient. A 7 minute walk from Komagome station and very quiet area. Some convenience stores and drugstores nearby. Would recommend, it’s more spacious than some other hotels in the area.

Although the room is slightly small for 3 people, the environment is nice and cozy with necessary amenities. There are no counters. With pre-check in form filled, the self check in process is very simple. There's also no cleaning service during the stay, so beware not to make too much trash, but I think it's ok for 3 nights.
