The place is very welcoming and beautiful! The food is homemade and delicious! I recommend having the fish dish for dinner and of course the Japanese traditional breakfast! All good! You can ask for recommendations from taka san! Hes always around and very helpful! Try the coffee too! Delicious! The jacuzzi is a Japanese bath style, a great way to combine modern and traditional japanese culture. You can enjoy a quiet neighborhood in tokyo with lots of local izakaya around.

Im so happy i stayed at andon and met taka and his mother. They are very kind and give the ryokan a very homely feel. They take care of your well and look after your needs. We had a japanese breakfast and it was amazing. You dont get to have a Japanese home cooked meal much in japan, so make sure you take this opportunity. It was cooked by takas mother and was delicious!.

We would definitely stay here again i couldnt have asked for a better place and at a great price! This was the perfect place for us to stay while exploring tokyo! The room is small, literally the width of two futons and the length of about 1.5 futons, with a large closet space - it was plenty big for what we needed. The ryokan is clean, the toilet and bathing amenities are plentiful, clean, and well designed. The hot tub is a nice feature a relaxing after a long day. There are also many public baths in the area. The people who run it were very helpful and accommodating. It is close to two train stations, each with a wide variety of food options. I liked that we were staying in a quieter, more neighborhoody area but could get anywhere in the city in about 25 minutes. And we were even able to walk to a number of places we wanted to go within about 25 minutes.

We spent one night at the andon ryokan in tokyo. In general, i can say that staying here is a great recommendation! We really liked the interiors, the taste and style between rustic and comfortable, and even more so the staff, they were so kind and really taking care of you that you feel at home. The highlight is a really traditional japanese dinner cooked in the cozy kitchen / dining corner. 5 stars.

Kamarnya berukuran bagus. Jacuzzinya luas dan nyaman. Sarapannya sangat lezat. Saya terkejut melihat hanya pelanggan asing! Setelah check-out, saya mampir ke Museum Higuchi Ichiyo dan melihat Festival Sanja. Ini adalah tempat yang sempurna untuk jalan-jalan di Asakusa. Saya ingin tinggal di sini lagi.

We had a wonderful time at the andon ryokan. Everything is designed and prepared with great love and care. We loved the warm light, the calm atmosphere, the clean bathrooms with smart details, the cute cozy rooms, the luxurious jacuzzi, the delicious homemade food, the good coffee and the nice conversations with taka! This ryokan is conveniently located and immaculate. We had a great time eating, enjoying the food, and savored the reserved hot tub. Although the bathrooms are shared, we had no issues with this. There are many, and they are all spotless. The bedding could have been more cozy, but it wasnt terrible either. Visiting from the united states was a wonderful and distinctive experience.

Kamarnya memang kecil, tapi kasurnya sangat nyaman. Hotel ini tenang dan jauh dari jalan utama, memastikan tidur malam yang nyenyak. Pemandian jacuzzi yang sempurna untuk dicoba setelah seharian menjelajahi. Sarapan yang sangat enak. Ruangannya tetap mempertahankan tikar tatami dan futon tradisional, tetapi dirancang secara modern dengan bantuan seniman manga. Kami pasti akan kembali!

Our first lodging during our trip to japan was andon, and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the vegan breakfast served in the morning was excellent. One drawback was the tiny rooms and the location of the ryokan. Many thanks, andon!.

I highly recommend everyone to experience this type of stay if they are visiting to tokyo, i can assure you it will be alongside the other highlights of your trip. First and foremost, the location is very quiet if you need to escape from everything, this is the place to be. Me and my friend really appreciated the attention given to us by all the ryokan staff. The fact that the establishment was fully booked but all guests were well taken care of shows a very strong commitment. As we stayed during christmas 24 th & 5 th we received a small gift from the owner. Also, if you want to fully relax on the top floor, there is a jacuzzi that you can book for about 50 minutes each guest only for yourself.

The location is nice, nice quaint neighborhood but close to a metro station and sensoji temple. The rooms are small but nicely traditional. The bedding is comfortable. The jacuzzi is a very nice bonus, as is the rooftop terrace.

Jalan kaki sekitar 10 menit sudah bisa mencapai Stasiun Minowa, bagi yang ingin naik jalur JR. Di sisi lain, Stasiun Minowa sedikit lebih dekat dan terhubung dengan jalur kereta bawah tanah Hibiya. Saya merekomendasikan pengalaman di ryokan ini, meskipun saya tidak punya waktu untuk menikmati jacuzzi.
