Ottimo villaggio/residence con diversi appartamenti sistemati in diverse palazzine. Tutto funzionale, bella la piscina e l'area ristorante/pizzeria. Comodi i parcheggi interni al costo di 5 euro al giorno.

Ottima struttura, pulita, immersa nel verde uliveto e a pochi passi da stabilimenti balneari, spiagge libere con docce e servizi. La camera che ci hanno assegnato è un ampio monolocale, ben attrezzato,con balcone vista mare e climatizzatore. Nella struttura una splendida piscina e intrattenimento. Bravi, tornerò sicuramente.

Overall, very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful and the location is very convenient to Borgio Varezzi and Pietra. The free bikes was a nice plus. The rooms were old but many were in the process of renovation. There is no internet in the rooms, which I had mistakenly thought there would be.

The hotel is ideally situated, not far from the beach. There is also a great pool which the entire family enjoyed. We had a magnificent veranda offering panoramic views.The staff were quite friendly and spoke English. The only drawback was that the breakfast of offer was quite minimal, but given that the room was selfcatered this was not a major problem.

I was with some friends visiting places of Italy on the motorbikes. So we found this hotel not expensive and covering our needs. We booked for 2 nights but we ended staying 3. Lovely pool, lovely staff, overall a nice place.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene il personale è disponibile e cordiale il nostro monolocale spazioso e ben arieggiato. La posizione tranquilla e abbastanza vicina al mare o al centro noi viaggiavano in moto ma volendo si poteva raggiungere il mare anche a piedi 15 Min circa.. unico lato negativo il ristorante. Consiglio vivamente di evitarlo sia per i prezzi che per la qualità del cibo

Par rapport à notre réservation: Pas de climatisation, pas de terrasse, pas de télé, coffre fort hors service et l'appartement n'était pas propre. Le personnel et le patron était super, très serviable, à l'écoute de ces clients. Nous avons passé de très jolie vacance malgré ces petits inconvénients de réservation.

Abbiamo affittato un bilocale e, con nostra sorpresa, abbiamo trovato mobili, suppellettili e TV praticamente nuovi. Unica nota stonata alcuni materassi troppo "molli". La posizione e' ottima ed e' un posto tranquillo con parcheggio interno.

We stayed here for two nights in early June for a quick beach break on our way to a wedding. The receptionist was very welcoming and quickly sorted our room. We had a large studio room with a terrace looking out to sea. The residence also has a little restaurant and a large swimming pool which were great to have on site. It's a 5min walk to the beach and 15 to the main part if town. All in all a great value place to be.
