Lovely stay! It was a last minute booking due to the train strike and we couldn’t get out of La Spezia to get to Vience. The property let us check in early and was very accommodating. Room was amazing too!!

The property was beautiful! Having that indoor courtyard was absolutely stunning! The front door is really cool. The elevator is a bit sketchy, very small, but pretty cool. Lots of stairs, but worth the walk up. The area around the rental is very walkable, close to La Spezia Centrale, a grocery store, cafés galore and little shops. There were also a couple motorcycle shops that were in close proximity, which turned out to be a happy accident. All in all, would stay there again.

Have had a trip down to Italy and back home again (Sweden) and this room was by far one of the more beautiful ones. Only negative I have to say was the parking situation (not Joss’s fault though) and that the elevator was very small. But bear in mind that me and my family hade a lot of stuff to bring with us due to a small infant baby - your experience will probably not be affected if you are adults and/or teens. Otherwise, good experience overall. Thank you for the stay Joss 😊

We booked at the last minute when our train got cancelled. They were extremely accommodating at getting us directions and instructions for keys. Very convenient location near train station, dining and shopping.

We arrived after check-in time late night but they were able to quickly let us self check in the room after a very long day. We were able to get some rest. Don't make the same mistake and read descriptions carefully. Im so happy they were able to accommodate us even that late at night. It's also close to many shops and restaurants.

Unique place, very close to the the Là Spezia station, just steps. Great price. Room is spacious, clean, mattress very comfortable.

The location of this place is close to the train station and the pedestrian street in the center. And then the bathroom quality was good. After that, the room provided a comfortable bed, big flat screen, wifi, and a view from the window. Subsequently, the breakfast buffet was located near the hotel, and that was a very pleasant surprise.

This furnished lodging is very close to the railway station. All of the rooms face the square. They are spacious and all recently renovated, with huge bathrooms, TV, internet, and teaming facilities. Continental breakfast is served in a cafe across the street.

Before leaving for Cirque pierre, we spent the night here. If you wanted to visit the cirque terre, you could stay longer, but we didn't know what to look for at Cirque pierre. It is right across the street from the main train station. We walked around and around attempting to find it, which was extremely difficult. There isn't a storefront in a typical hotel. Instead, it is in an apartment-like structure. We had to wait for someone to come let us in. If I remember correctly, it is on the 1st floor, but there is an elevator to store bags and other things. We got a free breakfast and had brunch buffets at the nearby eatery on the street next to the building. It came with eggs, bread, and coffee. Other nearby meals are excellent. The man claimed there was an ac, but it did emit hot air. Maybe we weren't using it correctly, and we were fine with the windows open.
