Abordable, bien situé, sécuritaire et confortable. On entend parfois le bruit des autres logements et des locataires des autres chambres mais ce n’était pas au point de nous incommoder. Je recommande pour le rapport qualité prix, excellent service, confort et propreté!

El apartamento esta en la calle principal, super bien ubicado, muy limpio y cuidado la atención de Tania y su personal de 10, todos los dias me mandaba un mensaje por si nos hacia falta algo o si necesitábamos cualquier cosa o ayuda para excursiones, vamos siempre atentos, el desayuno te da un voucher para ir a una cafeteria al lado del apartamento también muy bueno. Le doy 5 estrellas ⭐️

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer direkt in der Altstadt, ca. 10 bis 15 min zum Bahnhof und ein paar Parkgaragen befinden sich auch in der Nähe. Wenn man aus dem Gebäude kommt ist man direkt auf der Fußgängerzone wo sich einige Restaurants, Bars, Cafes etc. befinden. Sollte für jeden Geschmack was dabei sein. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben das Fenster geschlossen weil bei uns die Klima lief und wir haben so gut wie nichts von draußen gehört, wir hatten daher 3 sehr ruhige Nächte dort verbracht. Frühstück besteht aus einem Voucher für ein Italienisches Frühstück (Cafe, Croissant, Saft) in einem sehr netten Cafe ca. 20m entfernt. Gegen Aufpreis kann man aber auch einiges mehr bestellen. Alles in Allem ein sehr netter Aufenthalt.

I can not recommend this place enough. I travelled solo and was so reassured by the instructions and kindness of Tania the host. Check in was easy and my room was beautiful. It’s right on the Main Street and easy to get to everywhere from. Breakfast is included in a nice place up the street and it was extremely clean and well looked after. Tania even let me leave my bag in the secure common area for no extra charge so I could explore in comfort on my day of leaving. I would recommend 6th land to anyone travelling to La spezia. It’s great!! Thank you

We loved our stay and was very impressed with Tanya who was amazingly efficient, responsive and helpful. Her instructions for self check-in were super easy because of her clear explanations and photos. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is attention to detail , offering several places for toiletries, etc that many accommodations lack. I highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet and lovely stay while visiting the tourist pack Cinque Terre. Coming back to our room after a busy day felt like heaven.

Very nice apartment in the middle of everything. If you like to walk it is perfect walking to ferry boats to Cinque Terre or buses to Porto Venere!

Nice room in a suite on the second floor of an old building. No elevator, so have to carry luggage up two floors. My room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The common area shared with the other two rental rooms had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. It was easy to find and Tania was very nice, communicative and helpful. The rental is located in a great part of town near a lot of restaurants and it's an easy walk to the train station. I bought the Cinque Terre treno card, so it was convenient to walk to La Spezia Centrale station and take the regional train to Monterosso where I started the blue path hike to Vernazza, then Corniglia (5.5 mile hike total with 1,500' of elevation gain!) where I caught the train back to La Spezia. Super fun and beautiful hike! I enjoyed it there and would definitely come back when in the area again!

I didn’t pay enough attention at booking and didn’t expect a RBnB but was not disappointed. Very nice place central located. Special note on the lady who welcomed us and was very helpful !!! Parking was not easy but not due to the property.

Detta är ett B&B med ett bra läge i trevliga La Spezia. Rummet var rent och snyggt. Tyvärr fungerade inte sänglampor mm men i det stora hela var det bra. Frukosten var ganska begränsad och man fick betala extra för kompletteringar. Vi träffade ingen representant från hotellet under vår vistelse. Varför ger jag bara ett ok betyg? Det beror på priset. Det känns om högt jämfört med vad man får även om boendet är bra.
