The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, juicer and coffee machine, water dispenser, and a complete set of utensils.

Each bedroom, the master bathroom, and living room areas are all equipped with air conditioning units to ensure the most comfortable temperature during your stay.

3. SMART TV:
The living room and each bedroom are furnished with smart TV, offering access to a variety of entertainment options and streaming services such as Netflix.

4. PRIVATE POOL:
The villa features a private pool for your exclusive use, equipped with lounge corner and a deck with bean bags for relaxation by the poolside.

5. BATHROOM FACILITIES:
Each bedroom includes a private bathroom with amenities such as a shower, sink, toilet and a bathtub in the master bedroom.

6. PRIVATE ENTRANCE:
The villa has a private entrance, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Please note the villa is equipped with CCTV, facing only the villa entrance and non-intrusive to your privacy.

7. WI-FI:
Stay connected with complimentary and high speed Wi-Fi access throughout the villa, enabling you to browse the internet and stay in touch.

8. BEDDING AND LINEN:
The beds feature luxury mattresses of utmost quality. Fine cotton sheets and towels are also provided for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
