This hotel has rooms surrounded by 2 beautiful swimming pools set in a beautiful tropical and expansive garden setting. The staff is lovely and friendly. Although the hotel is near a very busy intersection, the garden setting ensures that the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The rooms are adequate despite their age but provide excellent value for the cost charged and the breakfast setting is lovely. Having a tactic and better maintenance would add value to this once famous hotel. The windows do not open and as there are no fans, sleeping temperature comfort is unfortunately dependent on environment-energetic air conditioning. Overall, our stay was pleasant and good value. But, request a quiet room in the back of the hotel. A hairy highway crossing takes a short walk to the beach. Recommended for a pleasant, comfortable, and economical stay.

I stayed at villa nicole in mertasari sanur for 5 days and 4 nights. Great 2 adjacent villas. The bigger one has 2 bedrooms, 1 with attached bathroom. Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. Perfect for family. The 25 meters swimming pool is accessible from both villas. Restaurants and bars are nearby within 5 15 minutes walking distance. Mama putu, the nearest restaurant, serves international food at very reasonable prices. The big plus is that the housekeeper is a very good masseuse.

They gave us a massage, it was nice, but I can't because they always want to give us a massage. Plus, the location is close to the beach and good schools. Plus, they have a swimming pool.

The hotel consists of two sections of bungalows around two good swimming pools. The room is quite large, but in need of updating and improving. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast buffet is limited but acceptable. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach.

We never even got through the door. We sent messages and didn’t get any replies. If you are arriving late, there is no one to let you in.

Believe this villa is a con. Arrived to find that they had no booking for us then two cut a long story short and hour later they admitted they double booked us. After that they took us to a 2 Star Hotel and said have this ! We said no and then they took us to a villa in the middle of nowhere and below standards. In the meantime with us moving they sent us a text saying if we paid another $155 dollars we could have the original Villa. SO BEWARE !! Wotif contacted and to be honest no much help annoyed !
