Wir mussten nach der 1. Nacht von Villa 1 in die nahezu baugleiche Villa 2 nebenan umziehen, da das Managment eine Doppelbuchung vorgenommen hatte. Beide sind den Fotos entsprechend eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Pool ausgestattet. Villa 2 ist etwas abgewohnter, so dass ich mir auch schon mal einen Splitter eingetreten habe. Allerdings ist dort der Pool nicht wie in Villa 1 in der Mitte durch einen Steg abgetrennt und eignet somit besser zum Schwimmen. Auch der Wohnbereich ist großzügiger geschnitten. Beide Villen haben eine Haushälterin, die auch das Frühstück zubereitet, entweder gegen Bezahlung, oder man kauft selbst ein. Die Küchenzeile ist allerdings sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und die Küchengeräte veraltet. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Jedoch braucht man zur Orientierung etwas Zeit. Hier war das eher unflexible Managment wenig hilfreich. Es gab keinen Ortsplan und kaum Erklärungen. So erreicht man den Strand zu Fuß nach knapp 15 min, wenn man weiß, wo es langgeht: die Seitengasse links entlang immer geradeaus, an einem Reisfeld vorbei bis zur Hauptstraße kurz hinter dem Flohmarkt. Dann gleich wieder links dem Schild „Ku De Ta“-Bar folgen und schon ist man da.

We stayed at this villa with another couple, it was great having the two rooms separated by the amazing pool! The staff were lovely, Mr G gave us a phone to use if we needed to contact him/in cases of emergency, so that was excellent! The villa was a short walk from the main street of Seminyak, the villa is located in area that seems a little unsafe, although we were absolutely fine, you just need to be smart and not walk around alone! I would have liked some small TV's in the bedrooms, just as when one couple wanted to go to sleep and the other wanted to watch TV it could be a little annoying (but that is very minor!) The ONLY thing that we were disappointed with was the bathrooms, the toilets would not flush properly, we had to use the small hose attached while flushing to push things down, also one of the showers had very poor water pressure and the actual head of the shower was not fitted properly so we needed to hold it to use it (without water spraying everywhere) But, in saying that, we would still return with no hesitations, you just can't beat that pool!!!

Fantastic villa in the heart of seminar, yet hidden enough to feel secluded from the busy surroundings! From the time we checked in, the Laksmana hideaway was utterly fantastic. From the bridge that connects the two bedrooms, our children instantly jumped into the incredible pool. There are welcome drinks, chilli robes, and a complete guide to how, where, and what to do at Villa Laksmana. The location was a bit difficult to find when we got there, use the restaurant as a marker for the lane you must turn down, but this is the beauty of this villa. Being a hidden oasis! We enjoyed daily massages from the charming kilo, ikiru, and Lacalaca, which are both a 2-minute walk away on the opposite side of the street. What could be better than experiencing being floating on an island? The concept of this villa is absolutely fantastic! Lizas housekeeper is the primary highlight of this villa. She greeted the children every morning with hugs and kisses, coffee, and big grins for my husband and I! Her breakfasts are fantastic! It was amazing to us how she could prepare such a feast in 15 minutes! We made the mistake of leaving early one morning because it wasnt as delicious as litas. So spend the remainder of our stay at the very best breakfast

Wonderful villa in a fantastic location. beautiful pool, comfortable, safe, and spotless. Two mother's perfect vacation in wonderful surroundings was just about to be had by two mothers. Excellent shopping is available 200 meters from Eat Street. A sizable supermarket is close up the street, and even closer are convenience stores. Every kind of food you could wish is available at an amazing restaurant down Eat Street. When we made the reservation, Sharon was very accommodating, and the host, along with his crew of night guards, cleaners, and pool clerk, were very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much difficulty, and kept is a gorgeous person. I heartily suggest a visit here. You will undoubtedly be delighted. We were, and you will be content.

Walking in definitely had the wow factor. Great location take a small street down by the rice field and come out in front of the big cocomart in seminar. Also there are some great cafes and restaurants on Drupi Rp about a 10 minute walk, and there are a few good places in front of the Harris hotel. Loyalty Rp has some great deals go to Drupi Rp, cross the road and walk up the small lane and pop out next to tamale restaurant, turn to your right and start shopping very noisy as we had the room closest to the road, so no sleep ins for us. Most mornings I was woken by scooters, garbage man, and people yelling around the clock. Also not very private if traveling with another pair you can hear talking from your other bedroom. Also if you decide to swim early, it sounds like you are on a boat with all the sloshing. Our maid lisa was very helpful, arranging laundry for us, cooking breaks very reasonably priced about $ audio for 4 guests for bacon and eggs, and cleaning the villa. However, it would have been good to have the option not to have the cleaning etc. Was a little disappointed when we said we would check out at noon only to have the maid and pool cleaner turn up at AM, leaving us feeling awkward to enjoy the

This place is truly remarkable. Its completely private yet incredibly central. Jl Kayu aya, also known as oberoi street, is just a 2minute walk away. The encircling pool adds a delightful touch. Its a 5star villa without a doubt, but its definitely not a plus. Liza and trishna are incredibly kind and discreet.

The villa is beautiful, the pool needs some care. I adored the open living room. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms and this villa is close to Seminar's main road. The small street next to the villa is very noisy, with many scooters passing by at night. This was the first time we felt uncomfortable with the cleaning lady. There are nice employees everywhere we've been. But, right now it is truly disturbing our privacy. She used her key to enter without ringing the doorbell. She asked what time we wanted her to come but arrived as soon as she could. She would put our clothes in our suitcase. She grabbed our laundry without asking. She remained too long. We asked her to enter at 11.30 because we would leave at noon. I sent her away when she arrived at 10 and waited on the floor in front of the house. If you visit, make good arrangements with the manager about this. Although the house is wonderful, the above was quite annoying.

The villa itself is fantastic in theory and would have been fantastic years ago, but it is currently quite well located and far enough from major roads to be quiet and peaceful. The bamboo blinds on the fence and villa are weathered and faded, and the furnishings seem a little thrown together without much care for design or aesthetic appeal, something we have grown used to from previous accommodation in Bali. The balcony around the pool is rough, and there are nails sticking out here and there, which was a worry for small children. Although the villa is enormous and clean, it is far enough away from the main roads to be completely calm and peaceful. My I was also very helpful and offered us massages because he understood that we had expressed our disappointment with the villa. It is possible to anticipate the age and wear and tear if we had paid less. Despite having seen some excellent reviews, I feel that it is only appropriate to advise future guests what to anticipate and the property's price range. In light of our experience at the villa over previous visits and knowing what is available for the price, I believe it's only reasonable to tell future visitors what to expect and the villa's level of quality. At the loss of being too cautious, I believe it only fair to advise future visitors what to anticipate and the quality of the villa at the cost. In the event that the property needs serious renovations, not just minor bandaid fixes and improvements,

Terrible experience, travelled with 4 friends to Bali. On arrival everything seemed ok - friendly enough. Stayed one night out of seven. Got broken into on our second day during the day, nothing taken luckily but the safe was destroyed in their attempt. When we got home to this security couldn’t be found. Called villa management straight away - Got bad advice from management as what to do. Eventually got a hold of police and the owner representive - we weren’t allowed to talk to the owner. We stated that we no longer feel safe here and needed to move being four girls in a villa. After many hours of conversation and going around in circles no refund or help was given - they just didn’t care. The owner representative said that they will fix the safe but couldn’t understand why four girls wouldn’t continue to stay in a villa after it was broken into to.. look for somewhere else !!!! Also looked like and inside job which police agreed with- all other doors were locked and no force entry so access must of been from someone with a key. Lots of other nice resorts and secure villas in Seminyak - this is not one !
