overall bagus untuk villa dan kebersihannya hanya magic com harus diganti karena pas masak nasi mati2 terus, tv tidak bisa, kompor 2 tungku hanya yg 1 nya hrs pakai pemantik dahulu baru menyala, listriknya turun 4x pas saya menginap dan sudah dibantu genset tetep tidak kuat

Kulkas rusak! Banyak kucing yg ganggu bgt kl ada makanan! Yg paling parah, kasurnya udah ambles sampe berasa per nya di badan!!! Cuma menang aestetik aja!!

Selimut kotor banget apalagi yg extra, begitu nempel dikulit langsung gatel2 dan alergi (2 orang badannya langsung merah). Di extra bed dan di bantal bantanya pun banyak bulu kucing. Memang banyak kucing di villa itu ada 3 biji. Kebersihan sangat kurang. Pada males nyuci seprei atau perlengkapan tidur lainnya

Sebenarnya tempat dan design nya bagus, namun tidak dijaga. Maintance nya kurang sekali, beanbag banyak tapi kotor, butek semua. Banyak Kucing lalu lalang bahkan sampai naik ke meja makan. Kasur sudah seharusnya diganti, per nya sudah tidak layak. extra bed dan selimut" nya semua kotor dekil. Waktu baru checkin, Kolam juga rada kotor. Pelayanan dari staff nya cukup ok. Mereka attentive dan gercep klo dihubungi. Biggest problem nya itu di kebersihan dan maintance nya. Peraturannya Tidak boleh bawa Pet, tp di situ ada pets(kucing) 😂 ??
