+ = pemandangannya oke bangeeeeeettt, bersih - = tidak ada ac. Kalau yg suka dingin masih panas. Karena anak anak saya kegerahan pas malam , tdk bisa tidur. Minimal kipas angin . Cuci piring harus di luar (PR BANGET) udah gitu kecil tempatnya. Ga ada baskom dan centong untuk masak

Tempat tidur lt 2 jebol rusak,kamar mandi lampunya mati,begitu jg tetangga sebelah komplain semua ruangan lampunya mati dan tdk ada air panas. Lt 1 pintu belakang rusak susah ditutup dan tdk ada kunci,jadi tamu gk bisa pergi main keluar takut barang bawaan hilang,kamar tidur belakang lt 1 jendela tdk bisa dibuka,tdk ada pentilasi utk udara masuk,jadi meski villa diatas gunung tetap didalam kamar terasa panas ditambah tdk ada ac sampe tidur buka baju karna panas.Canopy dilubang pentilasi kamar mandi terbuat dari logam jadi terasa berisik kedalam kamar karna tetesan air hujan.Air panas hanya sedikit sekali keluarnya tdk mencukupi utk tamu yg menginap,semua tdk ada yg mandi karna air terlalu dingin dan tdk ada air panas.karena villa berdempetan dgn villa lainnya jadi pintu utama villa berhadapan dgn villa lainnya sehingga tdk ada privasi,jg minim view dan minim hiburan ditambah wifi tdk berpungsi,tv tdk bisa menangkap siaran. Menambah suasana jadi garing.saat cekout pagi jam 7 :30 janganankan mau breakfast sesuai tiket boking kami,petugas karyawan villa satupun tdk ada,kantin dan office masih tergembok,saat chekout kami harus membangunkan petugas jaga pintu gerbang dan memberi tahukan bahwa kami chekout kunci villa kami tinggal dipintu.initinya minus banyak dan tdk utk direkomendasikan

Villa bagus, dan paling bagus view nya. Untuk sabun cair & sampo kosong gada di toilet hanya ada wadahnya saja. Perlu di tingkatkan kebersihan toilet ada bekas sabun batangan blm dibersihkan. Makasii.
