Beberapa hari yang lalu saya pergi ke sana dengan pasangan saya dan saya sangat puas dengan fasilitas yang sangat bagus dan lengkap. Ditambah dengan pemandangan alam yang mungkin bisa kita dapatkan tetapi jauh di Jawa sana. Karena saya bekerja di Jakarta, tempat ini cukup dekat sehingga saya tidak banyak menghabiskan waktu di jalan. Orangorangnya ramah, sopan dan santun serta profesional. Saya sangat menyukai pelayanan yang rapi dan bersih. Dan apa yang saya pelukan dapat diakses dengan cepat. Dan saya tidak menyangka ketika saya berendam air panas di sana bisa menyembuhkan flue saya, jadi alhamdulillah liburan yang menyegarkan ini sangat membahagiakan saya dan pasangan saya. Ulasannya banyak yang bagus, setelah saya pergi ke sana, sangat mengecewakan. Saya tiba jam 11, kamar sudah siap, bisa early checking gratis. Kelihatannya menjanjikan, tetapi selebihnya pengalaman saya mengecewakan. Akses ke sana sempit, jalan 1 mbl, jika ada mobil dari arah balik, harus mundur. Tidak ada wifi dan sinyal lemah. Untuk mencari restoran atau pariwisata di sekitar pun susah. Menu makanan hanya 7 macam, di sekitar hotel tidak ada restoran, terpaksa hanya makan di sana. Tidak tersedia air panas di kamar dan dingin sekali airnya. Yang paling mengecewakan adalah kamar sama sekali tidak ada soundproof, sampai malam jam 10 pagi orang di sebelah kamar ribut sampai anak saya bangun. Saya komplain ke lobi, stafnya besar akan menegur kamar sebelah atau saya pindahkan ibu ke kamar lain. Tetapi tidak ada hasil. Sampai akhirnya saya harus menghubungi marketingnya, beliau sudah berusaha membantu semaksimal mungkin, saya sampai tidak enak hati karena kontak jam 1030 malam, dan sebenarnya sudah off dan tinggalnya di Jakarta. Masalah baru selesai 1 jam kemudian, jam 11 a malam. Setelah komplain, saya masih harus mendengarkan orangorang di sebelah ribut dan bicara keras. Ternyata pada malam hari tidak ada penanggung jawab onsite, jadi kalau ada apa apa apa harus

The private pool here was so cool especially since the rainy day. Also, the pool is so calm and warm, it's a nice place. Plus, I could spend some quality time with my friends there. :The private pool and the environment here are so great. Overall I love this place and will always come back to this place again. I feel very comfortable in this place. And I also love the pool room so much. This time is rainy day it's so quiet and warm inside the pool, and we spend time talking about it and having good quality time here.

Overall, this location is ideal for my tiny family's weekend getaway. I adore this location and will undoubtedly return to this location. This location is truly a hidden gem in sent. Im incredibly grateful that I discovered this location for a weekend escape. Driving from Dakara took only 90 minutes. This location is incredibly stunning. The villa in which we stayed at is Villa Papandayan. The villa is wellkept, immaculate, large, and cozy. Although the weather is already cool, especially in the evening and early morning, there is air conditioning in our room. The bathroom is also spotless, and has many amenities. The private hot spring in front of our apartment is truly breathtaking. The water is both peaceful and perfectly warm. Although the cuisine they prepare may not be identical, its quality and flavor is completely satisfactory. Over the course of our villa order breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they prepared fresh meals. I like the lemongrass beverages and the fried banana. The staff is friendly and helpful. The resorts view is truly breathtaking. Field, river, and greenery are among their highlights.
