I stayed here for 2 weeks, the location is in the seminyak area but also very quiet which made my stay very comfortable! Spacious room with amazing service from all staff. I highly recommended and will be back again.

Recommended for a longer stay of one week or longer. Book through application because the direct rate is more. Large room, hot shower, cold air conditioning, shared kitchen and fridge. The best thing is the location, only 2 minutes to main sunset road by bike, but very quiet and peaceful being down a quiet road. The staff were friendly and helped with bags, laundry and local advice without even having to ask.

I stayed in amanlane for 2 months and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. I really like the shared kitchen, half open air sitting there can feel the breeze in the morning and quiet. The location is strategic, close to sunset road. The staff are very friendly and helpful, thank you, mba indah and mas gusnadi.

Kebersihan hotel ini terjaga dengan baik yang dilengkapi dengan ukurannya yang besar, selain itu hotel ini juga sangat nyaman untuk dijadikan tempat beristirahat. Pokoknya sangat nyaman sekali menginap di sini.

Kami menyewa vila 3 kamar tidur selama 11 hari yang lalu dan masih belum mendapatkan uang jaminan kami kembali. Selama seminggu mereka memberi tahu kami bahwa mereka sedang menilai kerusakannya, seminggu kemudian mereka menilainya, tetapi sisa uang jaminan tidak pernah dikembalikan, permintaan saya diabaikan begitu saja. Untuk memberikan gambaran tentang waktunya, kerusakan yang terjadi adalah pecahan kaca di meja kopi dan anak-anak mencoret-coret dinding yang dicat dengan pena. Juga termasuk dalam tagihan adalah kepala pancuran yang rusak, yang pada saat kami check-in sudah dibuka dan digantung di tempat sabun. Lain halnya dengan kondisi pipa ledeng. Ada kebocoran dari pipa saluran pembuangan di dapur sebanyak dua kali. Pertama kali perbaikan 2 hari, kedua kalinya 4 hari. Wastafel tidak mungkin digunakan selama ini. Saat kolam mekar karena perawatannya terlambat, butuh waktu 5 hari untuk membersihkannya. Bola lampu yang padam tidak diganti setelah dua setengah bulan diingatkan. Anda juga tidak dapat mengubahnya sendiri karena langit-langit tinggi dan tidak ada tangga. Tagihan listrik juga menarik: dalam sebulan terakhir, tagihan meningkat 50% dibandingkan bulan sebelumnya meskipun peralatan listrik digunakan dalam mode yang sama. Ini belum semuanya masalahnya, tapi saya harap itu cukup untuk pemahaman.

Ini adalah surga! Sekilas vilanya bagus, tetapi begitu Anda pindah, sampah mulai muncul! Semuanya rusak. Mulai dari kolam renang hingga microwave. Internet tidak berfungsi selama beberapa hari. Baunya seperti gas. Air di kamar mandi tidak mengalir. Pembersihannya sangat buruk sehingga Anda harus mencuci lantai sendiri. Kulkas dan AC bocor, kolam sudah 2 bulan tidak diperbaiki. Manajemen sama sekali tidak memecahkan masalah secara holistik. Kami tinggal di sini selama 2 bulan dan melarikan diri. Tempatnya oke, tapi banyak masalah dalam satu rumah. Artinya terkutuk atau tidak diperbaiki sama sekali. Saya TIDAK merekomendasikan!
