Penginapan ini sangat nyaman dengan pemandangan yang indah. Terdapat wifi. Kamar mandi dan toilet terpisah, serta tersedia air panas jika ingin mandi. Lokasinya dekat dengan alun-alun Batu. Namun, akses jalan menuju penginapan ini cukup sempit jika dilalui oleh dua mobil dua arah, dan jalannya menanjak tajam. Tempat parkirnya cukup untuk dua mobil.

Pemandangan dari vila ini sungguh menakjubkan. Rumahnya sangat nyaman untuk ditinggali. Lokasinya dekat dengan ladang mawar yang indah. Ditambah dengan pemiliknya yang ramah dan informatif. Namun, kelemahan tempat ini terletak pada lahan parkir yang sempit. Cukup sulit untuk memarkir dua mobil Avanza. Meskipun begitu, ada cerita menarik di balik semua itu. Terima kasih kepada Pak Irawan. Semoga sukses terus.
