Villa yang bagus, pelayanan yang baik. Pada Desember 2021, saya menginap di Serene selama 3 malam. Vila ini memiliki 3 kamar tidur, nyaman dan luas, meskipun agak tua. Kolam renangnya cukup besar, namun pada malam hari area kolamnya minim pencahayaan. Jika hujan, sulit untuk mencapai kamar karena harus payungan. Jika ingin mandi saat hujan, Anda harus mandi air hujan karena tidak ada atapnya alias open air shower. Mungkin bisa dipertimbangkan jika membawa anak-anak karena agak sulit untuk mandi saat hujan di luar. Setiap hari, ada kepala pelayan yang mengurus sarapan kami. Rasa sarapannya enak. Pelayanannya baik. Namun, meskipun kami mengizinkannya, tetap agak sebel, karena dua kali ada tamu dan agen yang ingin melihat villa. Manajer meminta izin, tetapi menolak, kasihan karena pandemi seperti ini. Namun, sebenarnya kami sedang bersantai di ruang TV. Hanya ketika kami tiba di Bali, kami sempat mampir untuk melihat lokasi, tetapi tidak bisa melihat villa karena sedang ada tamu, tidak ada yang bertanya kepada tamu apa villa yang boleh dilihat. Namun, ketika saya menginap, 2 kali dihubungi untuk meminta izin untuk masuk villa dengan tamu bule dan agen perjalanan. Secara keseluruhan, kami tidak membuat nilai buruk, tetapi pelayanan dan pelayanan yang diberikan sangat baik.

The villa is a 3 bedroom with a private pool. The location is in the heart of seminyak city and close to many shops and restaurants. The villa is 450 meters long and can easily accommodate 9 people. The staff is very supportive. The breakfast is very delicious. The staff is very helpful. The hotel management and security do a great job advising neighbors to stop their noise and trying not to use bikes at night. The bed is decorated for honeymooners. The breakfast is delicious and prepared by the great butler.

I had a wonderful 8 days here. The service and people were incredibly accommodating and friendly. My butler, sumie, the best butler in the world, was excellent. She prepared some of the best breakfasts and considered all my needs and desires. The drivers, agustus and wayan, made sure we arrived at our destination and answered questions about their home country. I have never been so friendly anywhere. They said we are now part of their family and it feels like ir.

The villa was immaculate, lovely, and cozy! The breakfast was excellent, and they even prepared it for us at 5.00 am when we asked. The personnel was incredibly courteous and welcoming! Without a doubt, advised!.

Our villa was fantastic, with enough space for two adults and two 16yearolds. The pool was enormous, an impressive size, compared to what the photos showed. Our butler, gede, prepared a variety of delectable breakfasts, and he was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Thank you, gede, and the team at serene villas.

We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful, tidy, and wellkept villa. The pool was fantastic, and the staff (Putu, ayu, and others) were outstanding. Every morning, our butler prepared a delicious breakfast. The location was also excellent, with circle k right next door and a coffee shop just up the road.

Stafnya sangat luar biasa, terutama Sumi dan Puta. Mereka membuat masa tinggal saya begitu luar biasa. Mereka juga memberi saya tempat tidur gratis untuk anak saya. Vila ini agak tua, tapi terawat dengan baik dan bersih. Kamar mandi memiliki shower dan shower. Sarapannya enak, vila menyemprotkan insektisida setiap hari, saya merekomendasikannya. Namun, ruang tamu tidak memiliki AC karena terbuka ke taman dan kolam renang.

We stayed at acacia villa, located at the end of the complex. Quiet and private. The accommodation was very good, the pool was perfectly cooled, but the highlight was the service - the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location for bars and restaurants in seminyak.

Saya sangat betah menginap di sini, dengan pelayanan penuh dari pengelola. Ketika sarapan disajikan, seluruh ruangan dibersihkan. Saya memesan kamar tipe Palm, tetapi tidur di ruang tamu lebih nyaman. Jadi tidak perlu kemana-mana.

Highly recommended. Fantastic location and a fantastic place to stay. Seminyak shops and restaurants are a short walk away. Sumi provided excellent service and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay here, 5 nights at the hibiscus villa. Beautiful private pool with lounge beds in the shade and in the sun. Our great butler prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. The beach is a bit further away but with a grab or taxi you can reach anything very quickly. Recommended.

We stayed at serene villas for 10 days with my partner. We cant express how friendly and amazing their hospitality is. Every day our rooms were cleaned, fresh towels, bottled water refilled, breakfast every morning and every time we needed something they would attend right away. Our villa was so clean and beautiful, we will definitely stay again. Thank you especially to sipta, sumi and nicco. We appreciate you and will miss you all so much! See you soon.

We are traveling with two very young children and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, they provided a lovely cot, a highchair and even put up pool gates to keep our babies safe and make our visit stress free. Absolutely beautiful villas. Great staff. Great location. We loved everything about our stay here. Thank you so much everyone.
