Sangat menyenangkan menginap di hotel ini. Namun, hujan tidak memungkinkan kami untuk menikmati kolam renang pribadi. Vila ini benar-benar luar biasa. Layanan kamar sangat berarti. Beberapa malfungsi (masalah dengan bak mandi) di awal, tetapi dengan cepat diperbaiki.

Lokasinya persis di sebelah hutan yang sangat indah. Layanan hebat. Kamar dibersihkan beberapa kali sehari. Yang paling penting adalah makanannya, rasanya enak, Anda juga bisa makan langsung dan semuanya dengan harga terjangkau. Dengan senang hati lagi.

Vila ini terlihat sangat bagus, namun setelah diperiksa lebih dekat, Anda akan menyadari bahwa vila ini sudah sangat tua. Jalanan membentang tepat di depannya dan sangat bising. Itu mungkin terjadi tetapi saya harus mengatakan layanannya sangat buruk. Sarapan sudah termasuk dalam 3 hari pertama yang sangat enak, a la cart (mereka memiliki lebih sedikit tamu, mungkin 6 tamu lebih banyak) ketika kami datang untuk sarapan pada hari keempat (kami selalu makan hal yang sama) mereka mengatakan begitu Ada adalah tidak ada roti atau makanan panggang lagi (sayangnya anak saya yang berusia 4 tahun tidak makan nasi, apalagi di pagi hari) dan mereka bahkan tidak berusaha mengatur apa pun. Kami kemudian pergi dan memesan sarapan kami melalui Grab dalam waktu 10 menit. Semuanya diatur sendiri. Yang terbaik datang dan untungnya di hari terakhir kami menunggu 1,5 jam untuk sarapan, jam 9 pagi kami tiba dan jam 10 pagi telur orak-arik kami tiba. Saya bertanya sekali setelah 1 jam dan mendapat jawaban bahwa kami hanya memiliki satu kompor, sangat ramah pelanggan.

Vilanya sejuk, bagus dan cukup bersih. Kamarnya luas. Kekurangannya hanya di closetnya yang tidak ada airnya jadi agak susah kalau mau buang air. Tapi yang lainnya baik-baik saja.

We stayed in a 2bedroom villa at the tuk ubud for 4 nights. The atmosphere is amazing and the villas are very clean. The staff were very accommodating and really prepared to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The best place we stayed on our trip to bali. Would definitely stay here again if i come to bali again!.

I had a wonderful stay at luwak estate. The villa is beautiful and spacious. The location of the villa is great. Not too close to the busy streets in the center of ubud. The service and food were excellent. I would definitely recommend booking here.

We had a great time here. The welcome drink and foot massages were a delightful surprise. The floating breakfast was lovely. The staff was delightful and extremely helpful. The shuttle into town was excellent. I had a Luwak package treatment at the spa, and it was fantastic. I would love to return! The only drawback was the noise from the road.

Luwak villas is truly the epitome of ubud! We are currently staying in these stunning villas, situated by the river and a tenminute walk from the heart of ubuds main shopping and dining district. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and graciously upgraded us for free. Nothing is too much trouble, and the service is exceptional. The villas are exquisitely furnished and spacious, and our two teenage boys adore the private pool. The restaurant overlooks a pool and stunning lush gardens.
