I love the location and the whole villa was great. Especially the staffs who helped me to arranged a birthday surprise for a friend in my group. They had a great service, even when we confirmed about our arrival, they set up the room with the air con that has been on already in our room. Simple thing that very thoughtful.

Good clean hotel about 25 minutes walk from the busy old quarter of town, so in a quiet part. The breakfast is good. Be careful you will be charged an early check-in 40 when crossing the road, it does pay to wait for the green man, but once moving don't stop.

This hotel has very good facilities and facilities and services. The location is close to seminar nightclubs and restaurants. They cleaned the house well and professionally. They have a personal butler and the communication skills of the employee are excellent. He is very helpful throughout our entire stay. He personally makes coffee for us, laundry, tests the next travel destination, and makes coffee for us. He also makes a lot of coffee for us.

This property was very beautiful and seen from a very good location. This house has excellent amenities. The entire staff was very pleasant and gave everything you required. I am really grateful to Casa Villa. And, the staff was very friendly.

We will never go back to this location again. I don't feel so comfortable when we stay here. The villa amenities provided in the room were very helpful during our stay. The service was good. They always clean the room. The big pool was great for relaxing. Big room with so much space, so quiet and perfect for our family. Thank you Casa Data Deny.

The room is quite spacious and has many facilities, which are very good but not very impressive. And then, the staff gave very nice service, especially the supervisor's name information, after that the villa facilities were very impressive.

Pictures provided were exactly as the villa was. Pros: - Private Pool - Air Con in all bedrooms - AMAZING STAFF - Quite arear Cons: - No Air Con in kitchen and living room as it's open plan. Humidity can get quite overbearing at night. - Mosquito repellent is a must as they loved my legs.

Hotel location is situated in a small and dark lane, very inconvenient without calling a cab. AC leaked in one of the room for a night but they fixed it the next day. A lot of mosquitoes in the villa even in the AC rooms. Swimming pool water is slightly salty. Helpful staff

Check-in: 6 August Check-out: 9 August Item lost in villa: Blackberry Priv x 1 unit iPad Air 2 (64gb) x 1 unit Acer Aspire S13 (i7) x 1 unit Money = 8 million Rupiah (Roughly) Estimated Time: 7 August 5:30AM - 10AM Items was in Living room, and I was sleeping in the living room where other friends were sleeping in the rooms upstairs. Police report made. Very disappointed with the security surrounding.
