In August, my wife and I spent a week in this home. It was thankfully very hot and there was an air conditioner. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was in the living room, requiring us to cool that area to make the bedroom more cozy. I ordered a pillow because the provided pillows were extremely soft and flat. The pullout sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The furnishings are adequate, and some upgrades have been completed in the last decade. The unit requires routine maintenance and intensive cleaning for cracked and mildewed bathroom tilegrout, dusty portable fan that runs but does not circulate air, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, spotted mirrors, and furniture pads that have fallen off. One afternoon, the ac cover broke over the floor and the filter was badly damaged and dirty. Both the ac and refrigerator are quite loud, enough to interfere with sleep. My wife even teasing me by packing hangers, which I should have done since there was only one. The bathroom and beach towels were provided as well as a small selection of soaps and shampoos. There is a lana outside with a table and two chairs. When it's not high tide, this complex has a little beach, but not for sitting unless you want to be in the surf. My wife and I stayed in this unit for a week in August. Luckily there was an ac as it was so hot. Unfortunately, the ac was in the living room, forcing us to supercool that room to get the bedroom reasonably comfortable. The queen sized bed was uncomfortable, and I bought a pillow because those provided were very soft and flat. The pullout sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. The furnishings are adequate, and some upgrades have been done in the last ten years. The unit needs general maintenance and deeper cleaning, cracked and mildewed bathroom tilesgrout, dusty portable fan that runs but doesn't circulate air, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, spotted mirrors, and furniture pads that fell off. One afternoon the ac cover loudly crashed onto the floor and the filter was severely damaged and filthy. The ac and refrigerator are both very loud, enough to disrupt sleep. My wife teased me about bring hangers which I should have done because there was only one. There are small boats, music, and people running around. The complex has a tiny beach when it is not hightide, but it is not suitable for sitting unless one wants to be in the surf. There is one space in the parking lot and can be limited. There is a cooperative laundry which costs $2 and the dryer a quarter each 10 minutes. One load
